Was great at first super friendly people but in December I had taken my car there to get fixed they fixed some stuff first I payed 1,000 or so out of pocket then they said I had to get a bunch of other things fixed so I started over a 2,000 loan with them an I waited probably over a month to get my car back for it to still be in the same condition after spending thousands of dollars the owner went on vacation at the time didnāt tell me an wasnāt even texting me back about my car while I thought it was getting fixed felt like he was ignoring me so I had to physically go there to get a answer about my car an then after waiting an waiting my car was finally ādoneā I was told to come pick it up an it was good an ready to go I didnāt even get 2 min down the street before my car just stopped working at a traffic light

My 2008 Honda CRV had engine issues, it would stall out of nowhere. The team at alley cats was able to quickly determine that it was due to my ac compressor, and was able to repair it fast! My wife and I were both very happy with the service, and pricing was very fair. It's been several months, and my car still runs great. Not being from the area, I am always skeptic on a garage because there's alot of shady characters out there, but Alley Cats are great, highly recommend!

When I went to Ally cats at the beginning, it was good friendly but recently itās just been a nightmare got my transmission replaced when I picked up my truck, I had a misfire check engine light and the transmission it went out in two days. I had a warranty they refuse to uphold the warranty and fix my truck without making me pay labor cost, which is included in the warranty as it always is. It been a nightmare, been threatened and come down here and say it to my face and Threats to have my vehicle towed itās crazy. They canāt just fix what they broke. very unprofessional I wouldnāt recommend.

Very professional he took my car in for a last minute inspection. He checked everything and the cost was reasonable! Heās friendly and trustworthy. While waiting other customers came in with car issues. So it seems heās a go to guy. He even took the time to clean my windshield after changing out the sticker the entire windshield. I dropped off a family memberās car that had issues with shutting off he diagnosed the issues when another shop couldnāt good shop!

I strongly do NOT recommend this auto service. After bringing my car in for repairs, I ended up with more problems than I had before. Instead of fixing the original issue, they caused additional damage and mechanical failures. The quality of work was extremely poor, parts were installed incorrectly, and I had to spend extra time and money to fix their mistakes elsewhere. There was no accountability, no proper explanation, and no professional responsibility taken for the damage they caused. This shop wasted my time, my money, and put my vehicle at risk. If you care about your car, avoid this place at all costs. There are many honest mechanics out there ā this is not one of them.

Iāve never experienced service this bad and Iāve been to some questionable garages in the surrounding areas. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was interrupting something. No greeting, no eye contact, just silence and sighs and attitude, however I was referred by a co-worker who went there for a nail in her tire. They gave me a repair quote that changed twice without explanation. When I asked basic questions, I got vague answers or straight-up attitude. My car was kept longer than promised, and when I picked it up, the original issue wasnāt even fixed. Nothing was explained. No apology. Just a rushed handoff and a bill. The whole place had an uncanny vibe. Like they didnāt want customers but somehow still had a business. The staff are inept, and unable to maintain a professional demeanor during much needed customer conversations. If you value your time, your money, or basic respect, go literally anywhere else. There are several shops with certified staff that will cater to your auto needs within a 5mile radius. Marquis is knowledgeable about the makes and models he prefers. He googles everything else. He must have the MDJ in his pocket as he will tell you to file a dispute if you have a problem with the services rendered rather than taking care of the customers initial needs.

My very first interaction with this mechanic had me impressed from the start. He was able to get me in at short notice then was able to bump my service up faster with a winter storm quickly approaching. I was in and out of the garage quickly and had no problem paying unbelievably reasonable bill. I travel and have my car towed about 30 minutes away because of the top notch service I receive here.
