Was in a four car accident on I-25 and arranged to have my vehicle towed on 12/23. I was told they would be coming by between 3-4PM to pick up our undriveable Honda CR-V to take it to a body shop to get an estimate on the cost of the damages. In the end no one ever came to get the vehicle and I never received any notification that they wouldn't be showing up. They have been closed since before the holidays and I have called twice now this morning and it just kept ringing and ringing until I got randomly disconnected. I have a suspicion now that these other reviews are fake. If you have to get your vehicle towed, find a better, more reliable company.

Not recommended by me whatsoever. Mike had me sell an oil change coupon for him under contract. Needless to say, I sold maybe 40 of them for him and he doesn't want to honor them after he agreed to do so under contract. People are now leaving me negative feedback on my business..he did authorize every coupon sold under contract. This is not my fault. It is his

I wasn’t able to pass my emissions test because of a check engine light code. Danny was so helpful in getting this fixed, he went above and beyond to help me out. It was expensive but i don’t have the problem any more after 6 years. Wouldn’t trust my vehicle to anyone else.

Chad Babcock is the nicest, most reliable and honest Auto Maintenance guy in ALL OF DENVER!! His brake guy is the best in town and they won't do work on your car that you don't need. I don't let anyone else touch my care but these guys. I tell everyone I know to use them, it's well worth the drive from downtown Denver!

I have mixed reviews of this place. Many times Chad has repaired things or given me parts and advice here and there for free and just been super honest when something wasn’t worth fixing. When it came to a very high priced repair in an older car he said it was worth fixing only to have the engine blow days later. He met halfway on returning the repair money to me which seemed fair, but it took a lot of run around etc and really after having 2 more opinions this should never have been repaired etc. I was incredibly frustrated, but don’t feel they were incompetent or unjust at all. Left a bad taste in my mouth though and I just won’t go back. I used to take all of my cars here and refer everyone.

This business is legit. The owner Danny was super cool, me and my wife were in desperate need to get our car fixed and were on a budget. He worked with us on the price, talked with us about everything and made everything clear. They are very professional and this will legit be my new go to mechanic from now on. The owner Chad is amazing! He is so honest and fair... He is my entire families mechanic!! There have been a couple times i have been out of state and called him... He immediately started walking me through what i meeded help with! I honestly feel like he goes above and beyond for all of his customers! He treats my grandmother like gold, and is such a knowledgeable and compassionate person!

Towed my car here and was promised it would be done within 48 hours. Fast forward to a week later and no one had even looked at my car yet because "the lift is being used by the other shop that shares our garage". This is not an honest shop, and the owner has no qualms about looking a man in the eye and lying to his face. I try to give small businesses my money first, but situations like these really "drive" customers toward bigger franchises. Good luck and choose your repair shop wisely.

Hourly price is absurd, $200/hr is significantly more than many other shops. I had my spark plugs done and they only replaced 7 out of the 8. The guys are nice and they will start a job late on a Friday so that’s a plus.

These guys were great all around. Chad came and towed me, and fixed my car within a day. He even worked with me on a the bill. He was a friendly guy and sincere. They are great mechanics that are trustworthy. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend to a friend.

On July 4th, my Jeep Grand Cherokee radiator kicked the bucket. Babcock's was able to find me a new radiator and replace it within a decent amount of time. This was much appreciated because my family was in town, it was a holiday week, and we had a ton to do! Babcock's did great work, communicated well and explained everything that happened when I came to pick up the car. Thanks to Justin and Danny for excellent work. Don't go here if they're even still open. I spent 8k on new turbos and cats. Just to have them replace only one of two turbos and butcher the cats. Another mechanic told me to sue them when it happened, I didn't want to go through the headache. Now I'm in a world of hurt, and wish I would have sued them. Thanks Danny and Frank.

Told 1 thing on the phone and something different when I went to office. Your response is inaccurate. I called a week earlier and was told I would need to bring the car by to determine if the radiator could be repaired on the vehicle or if the radiator would have to be removed. In addition, I stopped by the following week on Friday during business hours and no one was there. On my 2nd trip to the shop it was open but it took me 5-10 minutes to find anyone there to be of assistance. That is when I was told I would have to leave the vehicle.......with a $200/hour labor rate I might add. Thanks anyway but I won't be back.

Chad and his crew are incredible- knowledgeable, detailed and reasonable. I have never been more pleased in the service I received and went to him after I was quoted nearly $600 more at Pep Boys for a new water pump, timing belt and thermostat on my 2000 Camry. Pep Boys was not even going to use Toyota genuine parts, Chad did. The service was so speedy and professional and Chad literally walked me through the entire process/showing me what was removed from my car and why. I can’t say enough great things about these guys. I 100% recommend this business. Please go see them!

The owner Danny, literally saved my day. They spent over 3 hours just figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. And they then spent the rest of the day fixing it. These men at this automotive repair business are probably some of the finest men I have met in a long time. We only have one vehicle and it needed repaired ASAP . They not only got the repair done in no time, but they came back and got me so I could get back home. AMAZING! When do you see this kind of customer service anymore? Both Chad Babcock, and his Father are such hard workers and have been in business since the early 50's. You don't see this anymore and they certainly know how to treat customers. Not only did they do all of this, but did not do any unnecessary repairs that would have cost more money. He gave us additional discounts to keep the cost down. If you ever need automotive repairs, please go see them. They deserve your business. If everyone ran there business like these guys, we would be in great shape. Thank you so much again.
