I have only ever had my car detailed by Bainbridge Mobile Detail. Both times I was very impressed with the quality of the job and ease of scheduling, upfront pricing, and communication. This time there was a slight issue with my detail job that I discovered the next day. I got in touch with Chip and someone was at my house to fix the issue immediately. I will definitely use them again!

My first time having my car detailed. The job included every aspect, piece and part of the interior of my Subaru Forrester. I really appreciated having all of the window and door seals cleaned as well. The young man who did the work was outstanding - both in person and work ethic. It was also easy to schedule the appointment. The proprietor, Chip was responsive, clear and helpful from setting the appointment to knowing what to expect and to top it off they come to you. Excellent car care!

My 2015 Forester looks brand new! I’m a hiker and a gardener and a big dog owner - this means my Subaru carts around giant bags of dirt, plants, messy boots, and wet, happy canines - so my car was a challenge. They have a good selection of appointment times and days. The person that cleaned our van today is a survivor. It's supposed to take 6hrs but the horrors that live in my van (created by pets, children, husband, not me - I'm innocent) made it take longer than that. I would have given up and cried hours ago. It was actually less expensive for mobile service from this company than it was to take my van somewhere a little closer. Everything looks great. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

I had an unpleasant experience with this vendor. The owner quoted one price on the phone, then increased it twice over the course of the job—first due to a mistake about the vehicle model, and later because it was dirtier than anticipated. While those adjustments may have been fair or within policy, the final price ended up higher than I was comfortable with. That impression was further soured when, after the job, the owner commented on the business’s strong margins due to very low labor costs.

Had a great experience with Chip and Bainbridge Mobile Auto Detail. He accommodated my schedule and worked with me to make scheduling easy. He showed up at my place and when he was done, my 6 year old car looked show room ready.
