This is by far the worst collision center, PLEASE STEER CLEAR!!! They are completely understaffed! It’s been 3 months and nothing. I was promised my vehicle this month and now they have pushed it back another month! Hal says this is acceptable and that there are many vehicles that have been there for longer! The parts arrived months ago and nothing. They claim I have $36k in damages mind you I was involved in a fender bender, the other vehicle involved in the accident didn’t even have a scratch. They refused to provide an estimated completion date & in SC this is a requirement there are laws that protect the consumer. I will be taking legal actions against this company! CHAPTER 33 Motor Vehicle Repair and Service Section 56-33-10. For the purposes of this chapter: (4) the estimated completion time. In response to their reply: This company never provided an estimated completion time! Even after specifically asking for one the staff refused to provide one. After 2 months of waiting I called them for an update and they said it would be ready by the end of the month (November) so them claiming (the 60+ days estimate we originally provided you with would still be possible.” Is the biggest LIE! Airbag deployment, it doesn’t take 4 months to fix a radiator and a bumper and airbags. I was told by HAL that my parts were all in 2 months ago!! Please stop trying to excuse your terrible service. Baker out to be embarrassed of the incompetence of this collision center. Next time I purchase a vehicle I rather drive to Atlanta then do business with such a dishonest company. I’ll be reporting you to the Better business burrow. It took weeks to get my car on the X-ray machine his excuse, we only have one machine…. Stop taking business if you can’t deliver!!!! Greed & dishonesty will be your downfall.

I had the pleasure of working directly with David L. as part of the repair process on my 911 Carrera S. David was awesome, let me say that to start. He was communicative and kept me posted every step of the way. I have zero complaints about any thing related to my repair process! David was professional, courteous and most importantly was a key player in getting my car fixed and truthfully looking as good as new! My car was in the repair shop for several months waiting on another insurance company and some hard to find parts coming from Germany and David was patient with me as I peppered him with "when do we think this will be complete" questions and more! I'm sure there's a lot of great people that work at Baker Collision, but David is one of, if not the best. Would recommend him to anyone needing repair work within the Baker brands.

I scheduled to bring in my Mercedes For some Collision damage repaired. as soon as I walked in the door, I was so welcomed and treated very well by the service writer Michael, and I also was welcome by Henry and Rob, which took in my insurance information from Amica. they were very helpful on explaining how everything works, explaining step-by-step on actions is going to take place… The repairs took about a week to be completed and when I got my car back, I was shocked oh well and clean. My car was after it was repaired. I definitely recommend Baker Auto Collision to all my friends..
