I had a hope and expectation on them, specifically on ujjal that he will be honest guy, but unfortunately my experience was bad, the guy changed his words and price once he saw me I am having hard time fixing my car. Not recommended.

This place is a joke. I took my car there to fix the problem with my window (it fell in the door). I was told the regulator was broken and it needed to change. The owner told me it was $250.00. I had to agree bc it was a weekend my own mechanic was closed. After waiting for hours he said he couldn’t find the part and come back on Monday(paid deposit) I went back on Monday and they ordered the wrong part.. I went back on Tuesday again the price went up to $300.00. After it was supposedly fixed I called them over 20 times and went there a few more times because they messed up the window. Window does not go up and even if it does it doesn’t closed all the way so whenever it rained it was getting wet inside. The owner kept telling me he was so busy and call him later for weeks. And the guy who supposedly fixed my window had no clue what he was doing. Don’t trust the 5 stars reviews here ; I read the reviews before going there and it was a big hustle. I made a claim to NYS and filed a dispute with my bank. The bank refunded the money I paid for nothing so I cancelled the claim. And I took the car to my own mechanic and he asked me if a toddler tried to fix the window. Stay away from this shop (especially if you are a woman); they have no clue what they are doing and they are extremely unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience here. The repairs cost way more than I expected, and the service was slow. And The staff was rude and unprofessional. They acted like I was bothering them when I asked questions about the repair. The whole experience was frustrating, and I won't be coming back

Disappointed with both the service and attitude at Barakah Auto Services & Sales Inc. Repairs took longer than promised, cost more than expected, and staff made no effort to communicate properly. Felt ignored rather than helped. Definitely not a place I’d return to.

I went for a state emissions inspection. I gave him a $50 bill, and he returned $10. I asked for the receipt, and he said, 'Do you need a receipt?' I said yes, and he gave it to me. The receipt showed $21 for the inspection. However "Baraka" meaning increase-- so I guess price is 2×.

The machine name is Akbor very rude and unethical and also disrespectful towards the customer his staff are broke my one of the car key Ignition when they were replaced four struts with high prices you stay away from this mechanic shop experience was disgusting not recommendation at all

Extremely busy around the clock. Very difficult to find a mechanic to approach. I wish they are more professional in the way they handle queue. I was told to change my car position 4-5 times every visit. And they charge a lot for inspection like 40$. Need to negotiate it.

They are mostly Bangladesh’s, very friendly and professionals. If they aren’t accurate of your vehicle diagnose than at least they will say so not like many others who would cheat you in such! That being said, “honesty is the best policy”. Very reliable and consistent on his accurate service with reasonable price.
