I started use Cleve-Hill about 2-3 years ago as it was conveniently located a few blocks from my office. Since then I now use them for their excellent service, communication and professionalism, those factors are what keeps me going back, it is not just about convince anymore. I have used them for inspections, oil changes, tire rotation & replacement, and break replacement. The staff is friendly and committed to meeting the customer’s expectations and needs. Pricing is right where you would expect, never was I shocked by an invoice cost. Check them out if you want a good experience in an industry that is not always known for quality customer service.

Genuinely the biggest rip off I’ve ever experienced with my vehicle. I went here for an oil change out of convenience, and was charged 86.95 for an oil change. In my entire 6 years of owning my 2004 Toyota, I have been do over a dozen different places and never paid over 50$ for an oil change. This includes the time I took it to an official Toyota dealership. Almost 90$ for an oil change is quite ridiculous, and I would avoid going here unless you want to be ripped off. Edit 10/4/2025: they didn’t even reset the oil change light on my dash so I had to do that myself.

This is likely my second review. Cleve-Hill is the best! Why? It’s very simple. I have never ever felt like they were “upselling “. They are honest and accommodating. I can’t imagine taking my car for service anywhere else! Chris and Brett: their customer service was beyond. I don’t know the name of the mechanic(s) who worked on my car, but they made sure that my car was in tiptop condition before I left! Seriously, I recommend Cleve-Hill to everyone I know. Cleve Hill Tires on Main Street to the rescue again! I was out shopping on Main Street when my engine light suddenly came on—and started blinking. I immediately called Ed, the manager, and explained what was going on. He told me, “That’s not good, come in right away.” Thankfully, I was only a few minutes away. When I arrived, Ed came outside to check my truck. I was honestly embarrassed because my vehicle was packed with shopping bags—like I was hoarding. He looked at everything and said, “Bad news… you can’t drive the truck.” I felt like crying. All I could think about was how I was going to get everything home, and how I had promised the unhoused community that I’d bring them food and blankets over the weekend. Then Ed did what Cleve Hill Tires always seems to do—he stepped up. He told me they could loan me a vehicle and explained the process clearly. Thank you, God, for Cleve Hill Tires again. After finishing the paperwork, I began transferring everything from my truck to the loaner… only to realize the loaner wasn’t big enough for all those items. (Honestly, I’m still not sure how I got everything stuffed into my truck in the first place!) I told Ed that everything wasn’t going to fit. Without hesitation, he said he would personally drop off the remaining items at my home after he closed for the weekend. Thank you, God, again and again. The moral of this story: while I was trying to do something kind for others, Cleve Hill Tires showed even greater kindness to me. Ed and the whole team truly go above and beyond for their customers. I will forever be grateful to Ed and Cleve Hill Tires on Main Street for their kindness, their quality of service, and their genuine understanding of customer care. I highly recommend them, always. I have been using Cleve-Hill for many years and never had a bad experience. They are always upfront with the costs and the work is done in a timely manner. One time the actual cost was $50 less than the estimate and I really appreciated the honesty. Today I brought my son’s car in for an unscheduled oil change and they were able to fit me into the schedule and also checked and adjusted the tire pressures free of charge. I can highly recommend this auto repair shop.
