I had the worst experience at this shop. I came in for a simple tire replacement, and not only did they take over two hours to get started, but the staff was rude and dismissive the entire time. The person at the front desk barely acknowledged me and acted like I was an inconvenience just for being there.

I would not recommend, I went to this business to get my tire that was leaking air replaced. The worker was very nice and professional on the phone. When I got there I spoke to a worker who kindly explained to me I would need to change 3 of my ties cuz they were bald and low as well as letting me know my place in line. I patiently waited my turn when I was done I paid and left. I took the 10 min ride to work. When I got to work I noticed my hub cap was missing from my front tire that was (replaced). I immediately called the shop and explained the situation and was asked if I saw it fall off of the car, I stated no and was told to come back.When I came back I was told they could not find it asking me if I was sure I had one. I explained it was on the tire when I got there, I explained I was missing one but it was from the back tire and it is in my trunk. I was told if they find a replacement they will let me know. Today I called because my tire light is on and after buying 3 tires I don't think it should be on the worker told me it's ok I just need to put air in it. I explained to him I spent too much money to need to put air in a "gently used tire " and they put the phone down and stopped talking. I am absolutely outraged and feel ripped off.

I explained my situation and how important it was to have it repaired and they fixed my car on my word and deed that says alot about Max Auto love guys and thanks for always taking care of my car.

I had a very bad experience with Max Auto Repair. Unfortunately, I felt lied to about pricing and labor costs. I came in because my car needed the front right control arm replaced. I was told the part would cost $250 and $50 for labor, and I agreed. Later, they said the front axle also needed to be replaced and quoted $200 for it. That price sounded very high, so I checked AutoZone and found the axle for around $80. I also checked the price of the front control arm, which was about $130. When I confronted them, they changed their story and said the part was $150 and labor was $150, even though their own board clearly lists labor at $100. The prices kept changing, and nothing matched what was written or what parts actually cost. This made me lose trust completely. I expect honesty and transparency from a repair shop, and sadly I did not get that here. I would not recommend this place and suggest others double-check prices before agreeing to any work.
