Fair pricing! I was going all the way to Niagara falls blvd for service at Sweeney'sand they were great until they just ripped off my inspection sticker then told me about a huge bill! They were supposed to give me detail of the repairs then send me on my way.They had no business ripping off my inspection sticker! After they played me I was on the hunt for a qualified shop. Glad to find this place in my OWN neighborhood & they dont RIP you off. Great customer service & they keep you updated on the status of the repair.

They do take advantage of seniors. They hold your car and they clear your codes to fool you that the work is done. When it’s not. They also had a car parked in the street and got a ticket and gave the ticket to the owner. They take advantage of the lack of knowledge you have about auto repair. BEWARE!

10/1/19 I visited EC auto shop because it was conveniently located off the expressway near the peace bridge. My tire had a slow leak, was getting flat, and the check engine light came. The clerk and mechanics took care of me like I was family. In fact, everyone who came in while I waited was greeted and their car questions answered. My wait time from the time I explained the car problem to the time I paid was 45 minutes. That was fantastic for the number of cars ahead of mine. The prices are fair and reasonable, the mechanics give sound advice, the work is guaranteed, and the customer service is friendly and honest. If I have any other car problems, I definitely will be back and recommend this shop for service to everyone.

This spot is a rip off don't come to this spot!!! Took my car for a oil change nothing was wrong with my car at all. When I go to pick up my car all lights was on emergency lights and everything... come to findnout for some reason the coils all six was damaged.

Best place, it's the only repair shop that I trust my cars and my kids cars and the only place I recommend, we been going there for the last five years and never have a complain or any issues with there repairs. I have warranty on my hummer and I don't trust even the car dealer where I bought it. When my son bough his car the dealer want to charge him $2,500 EC Automotive charge him $700. They are honest people. Is the only place my wife feel confident enough that they are not going to over charge us for repair. The owner are always there and Ryan the manager is the nicest guy and knows about cars.

I have been coming here for years! On my first visit they saved me thousands of dollars. These guys are HONEST. They will not try to fix things that aren't broken or tell you a list of bogus things that need to be repaired. Always a very pleasant experience. They were able to fix an issue that no other mechanic could determine was the actual issue. They are professional, knowledgeable, fast and they really work with the customer. I will always bring my vehicles here.

When my Kia was broken into they had it so long to then tell me that they could not fixed it tjst it cost me 1,000 extra on my rental! My friend just went to get an inspection and the car passed it, but they wanted to do other stuff to the front end, wanted to charge her 1 $121 for work/Inspection that wasn’t done to later find out that they removed front end screws that now need to be replaced! The guy even said that the car passed inspection by the computer and the owner REFUSED to give her an inspection sticker! Scammers!

I do not advise anyone to go to this place because this is what happened to my car. I took it to get its inspection, but when I went to pick it up, I found it damaged in an accident. I asked what happened, and he told me that he parked it on the street and someone hit it and ran away. When I told him that this is your responsibility because my car was at your shop and there was no damage to it. After this discussion, he decided to give me only $300, which is not enough to fix the damage. Now I filed a complaint and there is a court date.

The owners and mechanics are shameless scammers! There needs to be a thorough investigation done on this place. I'd heard in the community that they're known for this, but recently in desperation I needed to get my car done. The parts they used to replace my issue were previously used, but I was made to pay a hefty price for a new part. After they do anything, they always claim that there's a new, hidden problem and that you need to pay extra for it. I ended up going to another shop after, and after he inspected my car, the new guy told me what happened. Scammers.
