I had taken my 1998 Monte Carlo Z34 to Barefoot Auto Service for a low coolant light that kept reappearing randomly. Had already had it to another local mechanic who replaced the coolant sensor, but because of for whatever reason, disconnected the engine heat sensor , i guess hoping it wouldnt cause further issues. I have to say wow on the quaility of the customer service and repair provided by Mike and his team of mechanics. This team not only dug for several days on finding the root caus of the issue, but also addressed other mechanical issues during this process. The car is running perfectly and Barefoot Auto Repair is the only place will go to from now on.

My husband brought our Kia Sorento here last week to get it ready for our NC road trip. They had the car for 3 days because the wrong part was delivered twice, they sent the car home "road trip safe" on Friday with plans to call us when the correct part came in. On Christmas, the car started making a loud, rough noise while the tires spun and we found that they had left a stripped screw loose in the rotor of the back left tire. We fixed that and we left this morning for our road trip with kids and pets, only now we are stuck in Savannah with our engine light now on, a car that keeps stalling, and what appears to be an intake issue. The mechanic that we've had look at the car assumed it was a rush job and was shocked to hear they had the vehicle for 3 days. The picture is of the spark plugs we had to change ourselves, old (right) and new (left). This was supposed to be done by them with the service we paid for and obviously was not.
