Had a great experience with the team at Basney. Ken was an excellent salesman, no pressure, and showed me all the features of my car before I drove away. The team fixed a couple of small annoyances without issue. Only a misscommunication on remote start, but was more a misunderstanding on my end. Overall, Excellent dealership to purchase from. Highly recommened and will keep coming back for future vehicles and service!

We had a great experience at Basney BMW! We had done our research and were positive that we wanted a BMW, but weren’t sure exactly which one. Denny, our salesman, was not pushy and was very informative about the different models available. We had our custom BMW built (with many revisions on our part) and it is everything we hoped and dreamed it would be; it’s an amazing automobile! From beginning to end, it was a flawless experience, and we never felt that we were ‘bothering’ anyone with our endless questions. In addition to being very pleased with our final product, Denny took lots of time to show us our SUV’s various capabilities and operational functions before we left the dealership. We were never rushed or pressured, and throughout the transaction always felt very supported. It seemed like they were almost as excited as we were when our new BMW was delivered! Purchased a new (not used) BMW. With under 3,000 miles the car is already experiencing terrible service issues and faulty parts. The service experience does not redeem the scale of the issue. 100% do not recommend; had better service with Gurley Leep Nissan when they were still producing Maximas.

This was by far and away the most pleasurable experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I went to look at a CPO BMW on a whim. We weren't chased through the parking lot by some pushy salesman. We were actually greeted by Denny when we walked in the showroom. He asked what we were looking at/for. He got the keys and gave us a quick but thorough introduction to the car and told us to take it for a drive. ZERO pressure, just casual conversation. When we came back, he asked some of the typical questions you would expect. I was honestly hesitant at first, but Denny made it very easy and made us feel at home. When we got back, we looked at the value of our trade and what the potential numbers would be. I asked him if we could talk it over at lunch, he told us to take the car, go have a bite to eat and come back. After a short lunch and some conversation my wive had fallen in love with the car. Fast forward to Monday at 5:00 and we were there finalizing the paperwork with Dean. Again, a true pleasure to work with. Dean was not your typical Finance manager. Not once did he attempt to push the unneeded "extras" that most dealerships try to hide. He was actually very upfront and honest with things that were not needed. We are definitely satisfied customers.

The biggest mistake I made was putting my trust into this supposed “high-end” brand. Not even at 5,000 miles and the car has been repaired a total of three times for check-engine light issues. O2 sensors replaced, catalytic converter replaced; and they act like this is normal. Dean, the service manager, is quick to make everything the purchasers problem; I bought this car new as a career professional expecting no issues to use it for travel, but he will push you to source a rental for what is clearly a BMW issue. This was a complete nightmare and it hasn’t ended. Everyone please stay away, it’s not worth the risk. Also apparently Dean says crappy headlights are normal; but they won’t tell you that before the checkout counter. Only that the info sheet acknowledging the issue is a “secret”
