I called to insure they had the fob, said they have it. Traveled from Wytheville VA. To Johnson city TN, got there and the bag was open and skeleton key was not there, useless to me. Sad they can order it, and I would have to travel back here. Figured if I was to spend on gas there and back might as well bite the bullet and submit to the Dodge dealer prices. At least I know it will be done correctly

Epic customer service! I was in dyer need of a charger for my laptop on my business trip (left mine 4 hours away). Best Buy did not have one that worked for my laptop so they sent me here. They did not disappoint. The guy was super nice and very helpful!

I had a rear brake light that was burned out. I went to Batteries Plus to get a light bulb (much less expensive than places like O'Riley's, etc.) so a friend could replace it. The gentleman said he would be happy to replace it for me, at no cost. Less than 10 minutes later, I was on my way....probably less than 5 minutes later. Can't beat that!

Only two star because of I was online looking for a key fob found one great price over half less then the dealership. Checked reviews and first one said no key fob no problem they have same vehicle and issues as me. Called first to check on a few things to be told that I needed the old fob or one that works and start the vehicle. Would have been a 1 star but being told that before renting a tow dolly and towing it up there to find that out. So I will still go to buy something if needed but that review that misleading and false about FOB 10658 posted on 7/20 needs to be corrected or removed from your website and reviews need to checked over before being used on the website. People need to start holding companies accountable for what's on their website weather they posted it or not and stop just collecting a profit and the costumer getting treated like they have no control, choice, and having to except it as it is.instead of u trying to make/earned that hard to come by money that hopefully you have to spare. It be nice to get what's fair to u and feel like you are appreciated for doing your share in making them money and keeping their business open because all it takes is enough people to get together and cause them to change or close their doors forever and I know that it can be done and has been done.

Went there today to have a battery put in my cell. Took a bit longer than I expected but they did have other customers they were helping. They got my cell all fixed up nicely and were very courteous, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. I was very pleased with the helpfulness and professionalism there. I will definitely recommend!

Very disappointed with service received yesterday afternoon. My mom needed a new key fob battery for her car. Purchased one battery for approximately $22! I questioned the employee and he confirmed the price. We left and returned a few minutes later when I just knew something was off. I asked why she was charged an exorbitant amount for one battery. He flatly rattled off $5 for labor (to replace battery), $10 for a warranty, plus the battery. He never told my mom he was adding these extra charges! He did refund her the amount of extra charges ($15) after we demanded it. Be careful if you choose to shop at this location. We will not be back.

Very impressed with Chase Buchanan’s courtesy, knowledge and customer service!! Saw this exemplary young man in action today. Arrived in store for iPhone battery replacement. 4 people in store waiting for service. 3 were at counter and Chase was helping 1st customer. One of the men in line, which I found at later jumped in front of another customer , rudely interrupted Chase while he was helping the 1st customer. Chase handled this situation professionally and politely, much better than I would have in his position. He resolved the needs of all customers (including the a##h###) effectively, efficiently and with much patience. I would definitely recommend Batteries Plus solely based on this young man’s service.

Seems like the Duracell auto batteries I buy seem to, no they do, crap out just before the warranty expires. Pretty cool. If you are going to make something that expensive that lasts just under 3 years, it's nice to know your warranty "doubles the life" of the battery if you add the extra year like I do. Or, it cuts the cost nearly in half, however you choose to look at it. Plus, the folks at Batteries+ are very helpful and professional. Great store, great ethos. Or maybe I'm just lucky. I keep giving them my business.

First of all it has an inviting Store Front. The inside is also warm and inviting. Everything is organized and tidy. The staff are very helpful and have the knowledge to answer any questions you may have. After my first experience here, I've not bought a single battery or light bulb anywhere else!
