Came to have service done to our toyota which was having problems. Stood inside at the counter for 15 minutes and the 3 guys there just looked at me without even coming to talk to me so I left. They obviously do not take business seriously.

Really nice people here. I got door problems on my car. I called repair shops and this is the one that can take a look right away. I went there and it only took them 2 minutes to resolve the problem. They didn't charge me a dime. How nice could it be! Little effort from them but big help for me!

B&B got us in quickly despite the 4th of July holiday. Turn around was 48 hours including holiday. They replaced the fan and had to replace some hoses causing anti freeze leak. Haven't had any further problems. Reasonably priced.

Been to B & B Auto repair in Johnson City on several occasions. Not many auto repair shops are around that are clean, honest and patient. B & B is the exception to the norm. My 7 year old daughter loves the shop because there's always a cat there :)

My daughter needed a mechanic in JC, while in school. I chose B&B based on the reviews. 1 of the best decisions I've made!! Brad took care of my daughter as if she were his own. Explained everything to her in detail after the work was done. I'm in town for a visit and I drove my car down for him to work on also. My mechanic at home os good, but not as thorough as Brad! I am not local to Johnson City, just here for school, so I don’t have a lot of family around me and didn’t know where to take my car when it suddenly messed up. My mom found B&B on google and told me to take it there based on the great reviews- and I am so glad I did. Brad was super helpful and went above and beyond to find out what was happening with my car. He made a stressful situation much better and his price was so reasonable- you can tell he genuinely wants to help and is not just trying to make money. I cannot say enough good things about the situation. If (more like when) my car has issues again, I will come straight to B&B!!

I’ve came here on 3 different occasions. The first time, I had an ignition coil burning out so I brought it by and Brad gave me a ride back to school, which goes above and beyond what other shops would do. The other time, Brad and Rick changed my back rotors and brakes for a fraction of the price than what other shops would’ve charged me. The final time I came in, they changed my girlfriend’s vehicles brakes, and for a much lower price yet again. Very profession, super friendly, and extremely experienced. Would recommend to anyone.

There are shops that only replace parts and then there are shops that actually repair vehicles. This business is where you go when you need an actual mechanic. Before we knew about this shop, there have been two different trucks that other shops only wanted to exchange major parts. Brad repaired both!
