This team does a great job. Perfection doesn't happen overnight, it's good to wait for things to be done right. Get screwed over at a speedy place & you come to appreciate it taking a week or more to fix!!!

Had an estimate( over 500.00) done because muffler was loud and was told by someone else all I need was to have it welded but they put on the estimate that I needed a new muffler and other stuff. After going to a local muffler shop end up they told me I had an exhaust leak and they fixed it for a lot less ( under 100.00) and I didn't need a new muffler after all. I think this shop must do estates for insurance companies but I don't know really but because the estamte was so steep I just figured that was the reason? They were friendly enough but glad I got a second opinion.

If there was a way to give less than one star I'd go to 0. I will not get the chance to find out the quality of their work because I couldn't make it through the first phone call for a ballpark figure for a basic job. Customer service is clearly not a strong suit or priority here. I called to try & get some general information from the shop. The woman who answered the phone was extremely unpersonable, rude from the start & made it seem like my call was a total inconvenience to her. I got maybe two sentences out in pieces before I was cut off very loud & rudly. I was told with a sour tone that she couldn't, or more like wouldn't answer my questions or put me to somebody that could assist me. It was a very general question in relation to this shops service, so I don't understand why she wouldn't at least let me finish. Ever other shop i called was able to answer my question with no issues. After being basically yelled at through the phone that there is absolutely nothing she could do to provide any help at all, not even let me get my full question out... I then proceeded to say that's ok, I will just take my business elsewhere, the lady got loud again saying something along the lines of you do that & hung up. Whoever actually does the work may be a different story, but the lady I spoke with, if you can call it talking, was extremely rude & unprofessional. This was the only local body shop that was anything but helpful with the question. Customer service & first impressions are very important parts of how people see your business. It's also important to bring in new customers & retain the ones you have, not turn them away before you even know what they need or are asking. Anyone who is looking for a body shop I would recommend any of the other top local shops. Unlike this one, they were willing to at least listen to what you have to say & help you with what you called for. I never got around to any prices or anything with her, but even if they are a little cheaper than the other shops, I'd rather pay a little more for good service any day of the year. Talking to customers like they are a bother in your day isn't going to make them spend any money at your establishment.

I’ve had my car for a total of one day that they refused to repair what they missed. The side skirt is falling off, magically, and the wheel well cover was not attached appropriately. Hard to say what else they didn’t do! They claimed they’re closing, which if they open or re-open I’d highly recommend avoiding this shop. I am now having to take my vehicle to another shop for repairs that should have been done in the first place, and they are having to go over every single that was done to see if it was. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I would definitely recommend jack millers body shop to anyone in the area. I destroyed my mustang by letting it roll off my hill and hit some trees. Robbie that runs the shop stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on any and every change that he had to make. They used OEM parts for my car so everything would line up I had ordered a carbon fiber hood for it. When it came in they had molded the hood to wide and manufacture wouldn’t take it back nor stand behind the warranty that came with it. The shop worked countless hours to make the hood work and it looks amazing. We have had issue with a CTSV and he has also done some work on it as well and I couldn’t be more happy with them. I would like to say thank you to all the employees that works at this shop.

Good old fashion customer service. They did an excellent job on the repair of front end damage I had on my car. They are friendly and great to work with on all the details. They do what they say when they say. I highly recommend this great shop.

Very trustworthy and polite shop. Robbie was tremendous about explaining the work that went on with my vehicle. Now I can't even tell I wrecked it! Great shop overall. I would definetly suggest choosing Jack Miller for your cars repairs.

The staff was so helpful. Had me come in ASAP. Got my estimate done immediately. Got the parts ordered the same day and had my car ready within a very timely matter. Last time I had a need for a body shop I used a place across town which never did fix my car properly. Jack Miller body shop did. I will go back if I ever need any repairs again.
