one star is generous. my car was brought here for a possible plug and patch. it had 90% tread and was an all terrain tire. they convinced us to swap the tire, we leave and get down the road and the tire that was put on went from 42 psi to 30 psi within a few blocks. when we went back they tried to sneak and plug the tire they put on WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS IN THE BATHROOM. then when caught they offered us a used tire at 35% tread tire that was not all terrain and smaller then the other 3 tires on my car already. we asked for the old tire and our money back and they said they would put on a new tire to make up for the hassle, the BRAND NEW one was also damaged so they offered to patch it from the inside. we declined to have that tire and they placed our old tire back on and refunded our money. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE. please be aware of this place, keep your eye on your car at all times and if it seems shady that's because IT IS.

Place needs shut down tells me over the phone has the tire I need for $60 then goes to $70 because he had to break up a set the others would cost me $75 tried getting my wheel back before I left he refused until I bought the tire then he doesn’t balance tires

TIre sold for $50 with tread worse than I thought that a shop wouldn't put on because it's 10 years old and had a plug already put in it. Also, a tire I got previously almost fell off while going down the road cause of loose lug nuts that they previously installed.

On a long road trip I felt my tire was out of round so I called JC’s shop and they had my size tires in stock and could get me in same day. I stopped in and they got to me right away, they have a huge selection of used tires and helped me pick out a good pair to replace my rear tires. Friendly, very affordable and fast! I think from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out was only 15 minutes!

Have bought many tires here. Because of my long work drive, I burn through tires fast whether new or used. Used tires from here are always excellent quality at a fraction of new price. One of my favorite local businesses. Owner is friendly, honest, and professional and his team works hard and fast. Can be in and back on the road with 4 tires in the time it would take to fill out paperwork at one of the big shops.

I bought 2 used tires from here. Paid 💯 dollars for them. 5 days later a big knot popped up on the passenger side front tire. Called him and he told me he couldn't and wouldn't replace the tire. I would never buy nor send no one there. Hes a scammer and he's sorry for what he did. DONT GO THERE. HES A SCAMMER.

This business is a poor excuse to treat a woman like this! They put a front tire on for me and i didn’t get to elizabethton and i had a flat broken down!!! They treated me like TRASH!!!! How was i gonna bring the tire back before i could get one on?! They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE!!

I had called about my tires was quoted a price when I got there the man that quoted it wasn't there and they refused to give me the price that he had given me and charged me 10 extra dollars per tire. The lady that was there refused to listen it was closing time and I had to have tires so I went ahead and purchased them but they will not get any more business from me. This coming from a recommendation from a friend. They charged me $45 a tire after quoting me 35 attire when the friend that referred me paid $45 a tire for his big expedition I drive a Nissan Sentra.

The tires themselves are a mixed bag, I’ve had them try to sell me 15-20 year old tires before, and I’ve also bought decent tires that saved me a bit of money. Recently I brought some tires for them to mount and have a crazy shake above 55, so in this case the extra money I saved will be spent getting the tires rebalanced lol . The workers are awesome though. Generally spend a little more money and go somewhere with better equipment.

Called to confirm my size was in stock, it was. Asked what brands some of the decent used tires were and he acted like that would just be too difficult to get for me and said "idk". Went to the place and had to go out back to use the bathroom. Got back and they were already mounting a tire which was fine. While waiting I check my other tires and mentioned getting a 2nd used tire. So the idea of me getting 2 gave me access to see what they had on my size. Shows me a Michelin with 60-70% and sumito with around the same. I decided to wait. Checked the tire and it was a hankook so that's great however the tread was about 50% on the inside and pushing 30% on the outside edge. It would have been nice to have the option for the 1 tire I purchased and maybe if I would've waited and talked to them first I could've gotten that but it is what it is. To end on a positive note prices are more than fair, guys working there were nice and friendly. Just make sure you ask to see what they have first and foremost, otherwise they're just gonna throw the worst tire of the bunch on your car...

Bait and switch at its finest. Told $100 for two really good used tires. Get to the shop it’s $110 for two really good used tires and some not so good for $50 each. You can’t make this stuff up. Can’t remember what the issue was the time before this but something similar. Bad business practices here.

I got a used tire a little over a month ago for my rear driver's side, and my car started wobbling while I drove it about a week ago. I finally took it to Superior Auto for a test drive, and was informed that my rear driver's side tire is no longer round. They said it's oval! They also put my car on a lift and rolled it around, and showed me this hideous rip in the tire. They also said it's a rock inside of the tire. To make a long story short, I was sold a bad tire, and I will never give this shop my business again.
