I went here this morning on 12/5/18 needing a bearing and hub pressed. When they asked me how soon I needed it done, I said as soon as possible. (I wanted to make sure I have enough light left to put it back on the car). The people were so kind and told me they could have it done by noon which they did. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work. Great people, great work and great prices.

My boyfriend decided to use this shop due to mechanical issues after vacation. I had used it once previously and it wasn’t too bad- except poor communication on the mechanics part. You can never call this place just once because they don’t answer. At this point it has been right at almost three weeks since he dropped the car off. After trying to call for two days he finally got someone to answer saying they would be working on it Wednesday and hopefully it will be done Friday. Well we live across the street so we can see the car STILL hasn’t moved and it was told earlier this week they would have it done today. It’s 1 PM and he has tried multiple attempts to call this location with no success of someone answering. Beware if you bring your car here- you will have to call night and day just to get someone to pick up, and if his vehicle isn’t fixed today we have no choice but to take it somewhere else and get a rental after this location has had his car since August 2. Update: Not even 1 year after getting his vehicle back he was still having issues. The shop charged him for replacing something they did not do, and he was forced to take the car to another shop to be actually fixed.

This is by far one of the greatest Auto shops I have ever been to. My family and I were on our way to visit family in VA with our one month older daughter when we began having car troubles on the interstate. Upon arriving to the auto shop Ben the mechanic immediately greeted us with kindness, hospitality and reassurance that they could take care of us and check everything out in a moment of panic with us being two hours from home. The owner of the shop Kenny and Ben immediately took the time to look at our Jeep and had us back on the road in no time. You won’t find another shop with more genuine, sweet and good hearted people. This shop is so great that I would be willing to drive the two hours from home just to have them work on my vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and the owner! 10/10 recommend.

This shop was recommended to me by Norris Used Auto Parts in Elizabethton TN. Called a knowledgeable person and talked about what was going on with my car. They knew what was needed for it and how long it would take to fix my ride. Had it back in less than two days after it was dropped off. Had to drop a vehicle off that they were not capable of diagnosing. They were unwilling to even attempt to diagnose the truck because it did not have tail lights in it. When I asked if they wanted to compensate me for my time of dropping the vehicle off and retrieving it with no progress made, they laughed

I called them to change my transmission filter and fluid and they gave me a price. When they got done they didn't change the filter and charged me the same price. It cost me $274 for just changing the fluid. He said it would be $450 to $500 to change the filter also. The person I talked to on the phone stood in front of me and said he didn't say it. I don't recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to this shop. They are not truthful and don't care what they tell you. Please find another shop to take your vehicle to.
