I would like to address a matter with the sales manager Wes Mckeehan. I swapped correspondence with him over a Nissan Frontier. I told him I wanted a King cab S 4x4 then proceeded to try and push a four door SV. After several texts I got a better deal from another dealership told him the deal and he would not leave me alone. I told him to stop corresponding and he continued even by showing childish memes. Which I absolutely don’t appreciate and as a consumer feel disrespected. After I told him to stop texting he called me. I told him if this how you all do business I’ll not deal with your dealership which he kept talking after I told him to leave me alone which he had no intention of doing. He finally told me to hang up and to block him if I wanted him to leave me alone. I am relaying this experience for buyer beware. Watch for the high pressure sales and don’t expect them to listen to what you want. One of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in buying a car. When it comes to Mr. Mckeehan the customer is not right and apparently he knows better. I will be reaching out to the owners Steve Harrell and Scott Grapp whom are the Co-Owners. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a Nissan and a much better buying experience.

Nothing but lies! They try to draw people in on bs deals & prices then raise the price by alot when you decide you wanna try to get a car! Then when they brung out the price they give for my car ( which in ad says 8k over kbb) I laughed. They said my car was to old & wasn't included in that deal! 🙄 Whatever my dad nephew offered me way more for my car. Then they said financing it would be cheaper then cash how? 🤷🏻♀️ I said no give me my keys, the manger or who ever came out & popped off to me, telling me I couldn't get a rate under 6% my credit is excellent! He pretty much yelled at me. Yea that make me buy a car! How does a 19k car jump up to 32k? Even if you offer to pay cash & not finance.

We just bought a brand new pathfinder from Mr. Isiah and he was phenomenal to work with. He was very informative and kept us in the loop with every detail. The music stays loud with fast-paced music to distract you and get you buy quickly. But so far my purchase was phenomenal. Dealing with them has been a wonderful experience. I have a misunderstanding with something on my end and they worked with me throughout the entire process. There wasn't any rude behavior or threatening calls. They were amazing.
