Dragonfly Automedic Repair is seriously the best mechanic shop ever! JJ and his family are genuinely nice and real people. He even tells me when doing something elsewhere would be cheaper for me. He had my car for 2 days but did so much! AC Fan, Compressor, cruise control check, senser replacement, oil change, new tires, installed a new radio and 4 new speakers. The cost for all of it was not bad at all and he communicated well the whole time. This shop is seriously the best!

Had work done to my car twice in a 2 month period. Each time he had my car for over a week. I called multiple times and left messages but he never called me back. Last time my car was there for over a week, I finally got hold of him by phone and he said he was out of town and would get to it when he got back the following week. He should have at least called me to let me know what was taking so long on my car. I got my car back on a Tuesday and on Friday my check engine light came on again. Paid a lot of money in the last 2 months for repairs but still having issues. Beginning to think I'm being taken advantage of. My car is old but has always been well maintained. After my last 2 experiences with Auto Medic, I will never use this business again. Very upset and angry about the amount of money I've spent and still have the same trouble with my car. When he called me to tell me my car was ready, I told him I'd be there in 15 or 20 minutes but he didn't want to wait for me to get there. Told me I could drop a check in the drop box cause he was going to lunch. Very unprofessional in my opinion

JJ this gentlemen I have worked with and he has done work for my girlfriends car. A water pump went out and he had it taken care of in 1 day the next morning the car was ready. We got the car paid and there was a rattle that (we thought) was from maybe something loose. We took the car back and he spent his own time to check it out and found the exhaust was loose. Did not charge. Did not accuse but very kind. I will recommend over and over. If you need someone to trust.

JJ is responsive, accommodating, thorough, and honest. He answered when I called, fit me on his schedule, and performed a thorough inspection for a used vehicle we were potentially buying. He took the time to write up what he found during the inspection, and emailed us an honest estimate. Because of JJ’s inspection, We were 1) Reassured that we weren’t buying a lemon 2) We were able to negotiate a lower price with the dealership for the vehicle We now have a clear cost for the minor repairs and a reliable mechanic to go to! Thank you JJ! Update: Went to JJ a 2nd time for my personal vehicle - AC repair. He found the leak and fixed it right up. Just in time for warmer weather. Thanks JJ!

Had him do a diagnostic on my Kia. He was easy enough to communicate with after he told me I needed to replace the cat. He gave me a price quote that was double with the Kia dealership charged me and then after I got it towed to Kia I was informed that I was going to have to pay to put in the O2 sensor that he took out and never put back in when I messaged him about it. The only response I got was they're going to have to take it out anyways it may be a good mechanic but wasn't crazy about the pricing or the lack of communication or insincerity about not putting a part back in

If you need any bmw work done on your e46 he is the go to guy had him do my expansion tank and fix other cooling issues on my e46 it’s been a year now haven’t had no issues at all very respectful guy and he knows what he is doing when it comes to a e46 highly recommended if you need any e46 work done.
