My car was damaged in a hit and run and Caliber thoroughly explained the claims process, the estimate and what repairs would be done. Not only did they complete the repairs in a timely manner, but the quality of the work was impeccable — cosmetically, it’s like the accident never happened. My wife's car sustained fairly minor damage after being backed into while I was in the bank. The offender was located through a photo taken by a lady who observed the incident and took a photo of his license plate, which led to the offender's insurance company taking full responsibility. We are relatively new to this city, but I had seen the Caliber Collision center and took the car to them for repairs. We are very glad that we did. Other than a problem with Caliber's computer system being down on the day I took the car in I experienced nothing but top-notch service throughout the process. The repairs were performed to perfection, and the car was returned completely detailed and looking better than when we took possession at the dealer last year. On a scale of 1-10 this company is an eleven. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We took our Nissan Rogue to Caliber in Johnson City to have repairs done after getting backed into. We dealt with Jeff and he was wonderful! Super friendly and helpful, he explained the whole process to us and then kept us updated as the work progressed. We actually got our car back earlier than expected and the work that they did was phenomenal!! Over all we were very happy with the whole process at Caliber Collision and they would be our preference for any repairs we might need in the future.

Great experience with this shop from start to finish. The process moved very quickly and I had my car back in a couple of weeks. The car looks brand new and they even deep cleaned the inside for me. I was hit by an uninsured motorist and the staff at Caliber helped me understand uninsured motorist coverage in TN, which reduced my deductible from $1000 to $200 per state law- which my insurance did not mention. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

I was a little sad to see work was late time after time at no fault to Daniel and the manager was great to work with. They went above time and time again. I think I had the worst luck because my trk sit on their lot for a week before it went back my cs rep left the company. Parts was hard to get. If I had to redo it over (i would) i take my truck to car shows to show it off i want to thank everyone who worked on it
