WARNING WARNING this place overcharged my daughter and wasted $650 for guaranteed repair and that was definitely not fixed oil remained leaking due to the lie they never replaced a seal and even made a homemade paper seal for a $5 seal and left the old one on Shame Shame on you for ripping off a college student and putting her life in danger please do not take your vehicle or children’s vehicle here Please be cautious of these lying Christians

Wonder people and customer service. I originally went to Garry's auto repair in Elizabethton, they had my car setting for 2 weeks, so I had it towed to Milligan(it wasn't running). They fixed my car in less than 24 hours! Highly recommend!!!!

Fair prices and a honest mechanic. Took my car to another shop (will remain nameless) and they had me worried to death saying that the head gasket was leaking and that it needed to be replaces to the tune of $1100.00. Mike, at Milligan Auto Care eased my fears by telling me it wasn't the head gasket but something else which would only cost $600 to fix but stop leak would be a temporary fix. He also replaced my water pump at a VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend Mike and Milligan Auto Repair to all.

Would not take my car there. Money hungry rip off artists. Initially told to tow 2 cars. That would be 85 dollars. That turned into 100. Was told 25 if they could not fix the issue still 100 for a tow and 4 hours of diagnostics which was 150. Took it to another shop only to find out it was the battery. 250 dollars quoted after no work was performed. Waited a month for service prior..... If you want to be ripped off and overpay for unsuccessful backyard work. I wouldn't take a Tonka truck to this awful hole in the wall. Just saying you have been warned

I had an appointment for a 4 hour job. I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning along with keys in the drop box. After 2 full days of no response to phone calls i drove to his shop. He was nowhere to be found, and my truck had not been touched! I had to FISH MY KEYS OUT OF HIS DROPBOX to get my truck back!

So disappointed with them. Initially JB helped diagnose a problem with my son’s car and did not charge anything. I wanted to bring my other car to be looked at for some problems. The girl (Jessica) who I initially spoke to told me I don’t need an appointment and I can come in anytime. I selected a time but couldn’t bring it because my husband was using the car and he was stuck out of state due to work. I texted him 2 hours before the scheduled appointment and asked him if I can bring it by Monday, and I will arrange to keep the car at home. He asked me around what time and I told him around 12. He said ok bring it by 12-12:30. Now my son was on the way to him and I texted him. The girl responded he is busy working on something else I have to reschedule. We went out of the way to keep the car home so we can take it for inspection. My husband is a truck driver and he is out all week for work and it’s not easy for us to swap cars. I don’t like the fact that they make up stuff to lie to customers. I wasn’t even asked for an appointment initially, but now all of a sudden, we need appointment. They need to be a bit more flexible. People have things come up and this was miscommunicated badly on their end, but they don’t want to own it. So please save yourself some time and money and find another mechanic. Update to the owner’s response: Let me clarify that for you - we were not told 11 am appointment, that’s what you wrote down. When I called, we were told to bring it by between 12-12:30 and we live 5 min away. My son turned around right before your driveway at 12:35 when I told him to come back. When JB helped us before, I offered to pay him. He didn’t take it. Your text message was rude. Just because you help your customers, doesn’t mean you can be rude about it later. I didn’t ask for free services. I was willing to pay for his time. Again - bad customer service.

I took my car here two weeks ago, to have a passenger side axle replaced, my car started making a noise from the driver side nearly 10 minutes after I picked up my car, i immediately called and asked about it, he said that “your car could need an alignment.” I bring it today to a different shop to have the alignment done and they inform me that whoever put the new axle on had ripped the axle boots, I needed new ball joints AND axles on both sides because they were installed incorrectly. The only thing I was told when I picked my car up was “the axle nut on the new axle looked as if it had been used previously so I put the old nut on.” Nothing was mentioned about anything else wrong with my car! To say I’m irritated is beyond an understatement!

JB, I went by the shop yesterday to talk to you about the GMC. I was disappointed to see you weren't there any more! I have had several people look at the motor and they have advised me the engine has not been apart. This really disappointed me in you. Tony always used you and paid you good. We paid 1249.00 and had to have the truck brought back by roll back and now everyone is saying it's not been worked on. I am discussing with a lawyer what has happened so he can advise my next step. You always gave us an itemized invoice. This one was not itemized. Tony would be so disappointed about this also and if he was living you know this wouldn't have flown with him. The shield on the top of the engine is missing also. Please remember God's Karma is the worst. I don't know what has happened with you. But I think you need to rethink what you have done. I will take this as far as needed.
