Purchased a replacement key fob for my 2012 Honda Civic - great service and less expensive than the dealership. Staff was excellent and highly recommend this store. Thank you! 12/6/21 - had a battery replaced in a key fob. Friendly and fast service taking 5 minutes total. Also noticed they sell and install car batteries.

Employees are helpfully and courteous. All stock in the store appears extremely low and many item locations were empty. Luckily for me they just receive the battery I needed for my Backup UPS. Also, the appearance could be greatly improved. I have not seen the store floor so dirty before.

My phone screen needed replacing, and the initial guy I had my appointment with was honest about his experience and training on my android, and preferred another person with more experience fix my phone, a few days later (time conflict on both parties) my phone is back to normal, working great and I couldn't be happier. I really enjoyed how easy everything was. The night before I had googled a phone battery replacement and found their website, from there I was able to select my phone model and book an appointment for the very next day. The next day I dropped off the phone gave them a brief description of the issue, they inspected the phone in front of me and told me exactly what they would do. From there they showed me what the price would be and had me sign a form to allow them to preform the work. An hour later I came back to pick up my phone and pay. I liked that I wasn't required or asked to sign up for any customer account or warranty programs, nor were any other services pushed on me. The staff at the Ventura store were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. If I ever have any trouble with my phone under the scope of the services they offer I will definitely go here first. Also worth noting they are conveniently located next to a Verizon store and a wonderful breakfast café.

Bought AGM battery 4 months ago , lasted until today and was bulging and was only 7 volt. They told me when under 10 volt we don't give warranty!!!! He charged battery himself for two days in shop and was unable to get higher voltage then 7.6 volt. My advice DO NOT buy from them . When you buy from other shop you can return with NO problem. This battery had date sticker on the battery.

I went to Batteries Plus a few months back and I am so grateful that I did! I live locally and when I came in Jonathan was so beyond helpful with this knowledge. I have a key fob that needed a battery replacement and they have such amazing options to help those like me with these things! Even though I am tech savvy…. sometimes a little extra help can be great! Jonathan did that and more. Got me on a battery replacement plan that is EXTREMELY affordable. Jonathan definitely went above and beyond what others would most likely do when helping others. I hope his manager gives him a raise for the amazing work that he does! Keep it up Jonathan! I brought my phone in for a screen replacement through insurance and I was blown away by the results! Quick and easy drop off/pick up process with no hassle. I was able to even set an appointment time. My charger port was non-functional at the time but the tech was able to clean it out and my phone works and looks like new! I didn't even know they did phone repairs, but I will definitely be back if I need any services in the future. Came to this place looking for a coin battery CR2354 for a Tesla key fob, great staff the issue was the battery. The battery didn't fit into the battery slot but don't get discouraged by this, it fit at an angle just enough to use it as an emergency temporary solution. If you ever find yourself in my situation don't force the battery into the slot just place it at an angle like I did while you find the right fit for it.

Great experience from start to finish. My truck has a push-start ignition, and over the last few weeks it had been sounding a little off and progressively getting worse. I figured the first step was to get the batteries checked. I stopped by the Batteries Plus on Victoria Avenue, and I was greeted right away when I walked in. One of the guys came straight out to the truck and tested the batteries on the spot. Once he saw the Batteries Plus labels, he confirmed they were purchased there—even though I didn’t have my receipt. He was able to quickly look up my customer information, confirm the batteries were still under warranty, and let me know they had the replacement in stock. They pulled the bad battery, dropped in a new one, and I was out the door in under 30 minutes. Best part? The replacement was fully covered under warranty—no cost to me. Fast, professional, and hassle-free service. I’m extremely happy and will absolutely be coming back.
