Excellent customer service! Previously, I only used Land Rover for my maintenance issues, I switched to Concours when I moved out of LA. They are efficient, effective & honest… you are much more than a #, you’re a person. I have had quite a lot of work done as I own a vintage RR (2011) - the quality of work/parts has been tremendous. My vehicles battery was improperly installed by a tow company. I took it to the Audi dealership and was charged $900 fo them to investigate and they could not find the problem. A friend said to take it Concours motors. Concours found the problem in 15 min. The fix was not simple but they were dedicated to getting it fixed properly. The communication from them through the repairs was excellent and above and beyond.

Concours Motors provided me with a pre-purchase inspection earlier this year for my 2001 VW Eurovan. More recently, they provided a follow-up inspection and full service, including fluids and new tires. The van runs great and recently took me out-of-state with a camping stop along the way! The staff at Concours carefully explained the work they did for me. Owning an older vehicle, I am relying on my mechanic to be knowledgeable, honest and respectful in helping me preserve the operating integrity of the vehicle—Concours staff were all that (they are really cool!) and I look forward to having them help me take care of of the van for years to come!

They found our actual problem!! So happy! We almost sold our Eurovan because multiple mechanics told us our oil leak was just too extensive and would cost thousands to fix. Turns out, it was less than $400 and one little part was the culprit! Now we are back on the road and just as happy as we can be!! This Eurovan will only be seen right here in Bentura at Concourse Motors!!! Thank you to the team!! We are grateful to all of you and the part each of you played.

I don't normally leave reviews but my experience with Concours was great. I was passing through town and my 2005 sprinter van acted up, had to pull over and was going to get towed to my mechanic in los angeles, but found these guys and glad I did. Great communication, very thorough and I felt confident to leave it with them. Not the cheapest but they do things right and are solid. I plan on coming back even though I live an hour away. Thanks again.

Thank GOODNESS for places like Concours and people like Shelby and Mariuusz! After a terrible ordeal with a previous car because of the car dealer, I finally got rid of it and bought a new (to me!), gently used car. The new dealer showed me great inspection reports of the car prior to purchasing but I just wanted to be put at ease. I took the car into Concours to do a Pre-Purchase Inspection. They looked and checked EVERYTHING! Then, once completed, showed me and talked me through everything. The car is in FAB shape (phew!). Hoping I won't have to see them for a while (except for routine maint.) but knowing that I have a trustworthy place to take my vehicle definitely puts me at ease.
