Thank you to the crew at DMC!!! Everyone I talked to was very friendly. Sent my truck over them by tow truck, and they called me the second my truck got there to let me it got there in one piece. I thought my car was gonna be there over night for sure, but they got me in and out of there in about 5 hours. Car is running great, truck is running great!!! Thank you guys for everything.

The moment I walked in I already knew this is not a typical car service place. Nancy and Luis at the customer office treated me well and with absolute professionalism. I set up my schedule for 0800 (right when they open) and about 5 mins before 0800 their team was ready to go and Luis was ready to receive me. I explained to Luis and Nancy I had no idea what really was wrong with my vehicle because the 3 warning lights were intermittent. In less than a day it seemed they have found and corrected the issue, fixed my TPM and done an oil service. I particularly like the fact that they took pictures of the inspection/diagnosis and included them on the report so I can see the actual condition of my car. When I set up my appointment online the site prompted me to indicate if I needed a shuttle service or not and I selected "yes, shuttle service needed". I didn't get a shuttle service but rather a free loaner car. I appreciate this because I didn't have anyone to pick me up at the car service place and take me back when my car is ready, and I had work and meetings to attend while my car was in the shop. My daughter‘s car broke down on the way to college on a Sunday night. We had it towed to DMC Automotive that night. We showed up at 8 AM and I could not be more impressed with how concerned and attentive they were to our predicament. They Diagnose the issue quickly. It turned out to be a broken water pump, broken thermostat, and broken belts. Ugh. I cannot comment specifically on the price because everything seems expensive these days. However, they made it a priority to get our car fixed as fast as possible and we were on the road four hours later. I really appreciate how quickly they got everything done. DAVID, the front office person was especially helpful in making everything happen very quickly. He also was able to reduce the quoted price he quoted me when the job was completed because he was able to find one of the replacement parts at a cheaper price. Thank you to everyone at DMC for all their hard work.

Brought in my mom’s car for a break concern and since arriving at the location, the team was so helpful! Someone immediately took our keys and directed us to the front office where David provided great service from start to finish. He even took the time to explain the recommended repairs via phone with me & then again with my mom (in Spanish!) when we arrived for pick up. Price was reasonable and I appreciate the detailed inspection report that included the recommended services with prices & in the order of most important. Will be returning!

It is such a relief to find an auto shop you can trust! After a 700 mile drive to Vta Co to visit family, our old car was having significant issues. I found DMC online, read lots of the reviews, & decided to get our car diagnosed. I was impressed with everything about DMC! David was professional but friendly & kind, the shop was clean & organized, lots of customers dropping off vehicles, & their mechanics are Master Certified, so their work comes with a great warranty! The diagnostic was thorough, & we were not pressured to do fix everything. I had them fix 4 of the 7 issues (my mechanic husband will do the rest at home). We thought the transmission was on its last leg, but it was found to be something MUCH less expensive, for which we are grateful! Communication was fantastic! I appreciated getting phone & text updates from David, plus photos/video of the issues found. The price was clear, & I love that they even have coupons on their website! I drove away feeling that I had been treated with respect, that the repairs were done well & in a timely manner, & that they take pride in their work. DMC is an HONEST shop that will treat you right. I would not hesitate to bring other vehicles here, & my dad was so impressed he is going to come to DMC the next time his vehicles need service! Well done, & a hearty thank you to the DMC team for helping us turn a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience.

My appointment was for a couple of issues found on my pickup a few months ago during the overall diagnostic. I just called in for an appointment and David had all the information on the computer. Drop off was easy, and I got a call in just a few hours that the work was finished. It’s great to know that everything was rechecked at this visit!

Charged $200 for an “inspection” that didn’t solve the issue, what a rip off. I went to this shop on 2/16/2026. Wind shield wipers stopped working while it was raining during a roadtrip, stopped here to get them fixed. They quoted me $800 to change the fuse box out since a fuse had blown that affected the wind shield wipers. We kept asking “but why did this happen, wouldn’t this just happen again and blow it out again?”. They didn’t bother to find what the root cause was, but still charged for the labor of their “inspection”. When I got home and went to my regular mechanic to get the issue fixed, they confirmed that fixing the fuse box would have been a bandaid solution that would have failed again. I was charged a fraction of the cost to actually get it fixed at my mechanic. It is ridiculous that we were still charged $200 for an inspection that didn’t produce any valuable insight. Don’t go here if you want good, long lasting results.

Incredibly happy with the work that was done at DMC, David and the entire team there were so kind and helpful. I have a lemon Volkswagen Tiguan 2017 that had a plethora of issues other mechanics (including the VW dealership) did not find.
