Visiting Valencia on a short overnight road trip. Woke up in the morning with a flat tire! Looked up nearest tire repair and found this facility. Anthony saw that I had family with me and expedited my tire repair and really took care of me with courtesy, professionalism and empathy. To say that these people are not the best in the biz would be a travesty! My sister got a BRAND NEW tire at the store in Oxnard and a couple hours later she picked up a nail and had a flat! Without hesitation they said bring it here and we’ll take care of you! They replaced the tire and my sister was on her way. Stacy (I’m pretty sure that was her name lol) was awesome! The tech that changed the tire was absolutely amazing l! You guys are legends! I don’t have enough word to express how amazing you guys are! Thank you!

It seems every time I take a vehicle to Firestone Ventura, they try to do something to compromise my car battery. This time they left my headlights on by switching from auto to on. I always leave my headlight switch setting to auto. I wonder if they were trying to drain the charge in my battery to upsell a new battery. This is why I decline their free inspection to upsell me on something I dont need. Last time they loosened the negative terminal on my wifes Tacoma battery, to try and make it seem I had a bad battery. I only want the tires service I requested. I will think twice before ever taking any vehicle back there.

I brought my car (2008 Honda Fit) in when the engine check light came on. An inspection determined that a couple ignition system components (with >200K miles on them) were starting to fail. Replacing those with new OEM parts has restored my car to good function. We've been bringing a couple family cars to Firestone for ongoing maintenance for 25 years now. There has been some turnover of personnel down through the years but the general level of service has been pretty consistent and pretty good. I trust these guys to handle a wide variety of basic maintenance and repair tasks. Every once in a while I have to go somewhere else for a specialized repair task that Firestone doesn't do (like transmission or body work). I like this shop.

I had a rental car and discovered that the front tires were completely worn out to the point that all the steel belts were showing on the inner edge. I had to drive to LAX at 330 the following morning, and the tires were not safe to do so. This was on a Saturday at 430 after Christmas and the rental car company local office had closed for the day. The rental car company could not provide a replacement vehicle, so they referred me to several tire stores, of which none were able to help me at such short notice late on a Saturday. The Firestone employees at this location were amazingly accommodating, had the tires in stock, and were able to get me on my way by 6pm. I am so grateful for all their help in putting the work order through to the rental car company and getting me on my way again. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Today I was concerned I had a nail in my tire and made an appointment to drop my car off at Firestone Tires in Ventura on California Avenue. Cece greeted me when got there and was polite and professional. I had an appointment around the corner and when I came back, approximately 40 minutes later, I was happy to learn there were no nails, just stuck stones stuck as my tires were actually over inflated. I appreciated their honesty and not ripping me off! And I was not charged!
