Awesome customer service with the manager, Steve. The guy is definitely a valuable employee, he cares about the customers and deserves to be in his position. I had originally gotten a set of AirLift air bags and unfortunately there were some issues with them, Steve made everything right and got my air bags fixed in a short period of time. I did much-needed upgrades to my JL at Go Big. They guided me through the process with professionalism and provided services tailored to my needs. Many thanks to managers, sales, mechanicians at Go Big and all your attention to detail. My car looks and performs better than ever, can’t wait to go off roads. They did great work on my truck with a Carli suspension kit. However, I take my truck and camper back to get some bols retightened and recalibrated and then they hit my camper on their roll up doors and had the audacity to deny what I saw happen. The manager Steve lied to me on three separate occasions, trying to cover his tracks. Scott and Carlos were nothing but honest the whole time.
And this is the issue that everyone deserves to know, that the MANAGER is the one lying through his teeth. Who knows what’s happening at the mechanic level when the manager of the shop lies right to your face about what happened. I believe his name is Steve. Long story short, when you spend 17k on parts and labor, you don’t expect to be lied to about clearly identifiable metal scratch marks on a camper that weren’t there a week ago and to be told that they didn’t do it. Don’t bother taking your vehicle here.

This is the second time I’ve had Go Big do a lift kit on a Bronco for me, so far I’m happy with the service, I just drove home from the shop, but it seemed to ride pretty good. Their price was fair.
