First time to Good Guys Garage but definitely not the last. Good Guys is a mom & pop shop & I am happy to support a local business like this. When I first arrived and saw a VPD cruiser and a couple of city vehicles being worked on, it assured me Good Guys Garage was doing something right. Getting a contract from the government immediately gave me a sense of trust. Fast forward a few days and I’m really glad that I took my truck in for suspension work after a poor experience at another local shop. Jason and the team went above and beyond to not only take care of the initial issue I was facing, but also helped identify additional issues that wound up being covered by my truck’s extended warranty all in one visit. Aside from helping me get additional value out of my warranty, I’m genuinely happy to have a new mechanic that I trust and can comfortably refer friends and family to. There are several good mechanics in Ventura and I’ve been to most of them over the last 20+ years. Good Guys Garage is at the top for me now. Exceptional communication. Good demeanor. Smiles on faces. Clean shop with windows that let you see the work in action. It’s pretty dang rare for a “dirty” job! Keep up the great work!

I had the pleasure to work with Jason. I was referred to Jason and the Good Guys Garage by a member of my church (Mission Church in Ventura which is also amazing). I knew right after speaking with Jason that I was in the right spot. He knew what my truck needed right away and gave me an honest upfront quote. He also looked into another concern of mine and gave me some more needed feedback for my truck. I'm super impressed with how quick he was able to get me back on the road. I surprised Jason with my problems at 7:45am Monday morning and he had me back on the road by noon. I will never take my truck anywhere else as long as the Good Guys Garage is around.

Speedy, affordable oil change in only 45 minutes, complete inspection included: all fluids topped off, air filter, tires checked, filled, computer scanned, the works. Tires extremely worn and after inquiring about replacement, received three different estimates and price points, a bumper readjusted and a referral for body work. These guys--and Alyssa in front--love what they do and that positive energy permeates the shop. Sparkling clean waiting area with a delicious coffee bar, great music, even a play-area with toys for the kiddos.
