I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to after seeing the outstanding service this shop provides. Ventura auto body is hands down the best shop I have ever had work done at. The staff is very knowledgeable and performs outstanding work at a reasonable price. They don’t try to up sale you and they are honest and work with you from start to finish. Hugo and his team are absolutely top shelf. If you are looking for a paint and body shop look no further because you would be wasting your time if you did.

Can’t say enough about my experience with Ventura Auto Body and Collision. Hugo was great from the start. I was freaking out a bit, because insurance company was stressing me out and his demeanor made me feel at ease. He not only did a great job on my repair, but he aligned my rear brake light and reprogrammed my automatic liftgate as well. That might not mean anything to most people— but, these are things that were left in disarray from a previous auto body. Oh, and let me tell you about my crusty yellow headlights that were. My teeth are jealous of the cleaning that those headlights received from Hugo’s team. Lol! They now look almost new, yet one more thing that wasn’t part of the job that Hugo took upon himself to do.

While using Ventura as a base to explore California's Central Coast as research for writing a tour guide, I had an unfortunate too-close-encounter with a deer on the 101 freeway near Lompoc, which led to needing auto body shop services. Fortunately, the first shop I approached for an estimate to submit to my insurance company was Ventura Auto Body. Owner Hugo offered to provide, in essence, 'concierge' service, to me as a somewhat "shell shocked" traveler, offering to handle all the details for getting my car repaired through my insurance to allow me to continue with my travel plans. When a later exploration excursion on the Central Coast led to a second unfortunate episode of wildlife-caused vehicle damage I turned again to Hugo at Ventura Auto Body to take the entire problem of an insurance claim repair from me so that I could continue uninterrupted on my tour guide research explorations. I recommend Ventura Auto Body as the first place to bring any auto repair problem-likely it will be the only shop you need to contact to address even the most complicated repair need. He restored my 2019 Ford Edge back to exactly how it was before my head on collision the car was almost totaled and Hugo made it look like brand new again.
