Bad communication, high labor and they are never available if you want to do only an oil change and regular maintenance... they even going to tell you that there is a oil change shop next door

Great service! Very knowledgeable and trust worthy staff. I would rather have them work on my BMW than go to a dealership and deal with salesmen. I am getting everything done here, from an oil change, new tires to fixing a dent I had from an accident. Definitely worth it!

I've been bringing my BMW here for a number of years after a friend mentioned them. Nick and crew have always been fair, honest, and pleasant to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and have never steered me wrong. This is the only place I'd bring my car and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

About 2 weeks ago, I noticed that my Audi A4 was leaking coolant when parked and it needed to be checked out. I called the dealer that I usually go to and others in the area, but the opportunity to even have the car looked at by a technician was days/weeks away. I just could not wait that long. I did a quick search online to independent mechanics that specialize in Audi/German luxury cars in the area. Bavarian Motors LLC was close by my house so I gave them an opportunity to take a look at the car. The owners, Nick and Alex knew what should be repaired. Right away, Nick said the water pump needed to be replaced and he showed be the issue under the hood of the car. We agreed to use an OEM water pump kit made from Germany, the pricing was considerably less than the dealer quoted for the job. Over the phone, Nick assured me that if I bring in the car first thing in the morning it would be ready by the end of the day. Sure enough, the work was done as he said. I stopped by later that afternoon to check the work that was performed and I test drove the car, and it was completely fine. I made payment and trusted Nick to drive the Audi A4 to my house while I drove in another car. He followed me home, parked the Audi in my driveway and I gave him a ride back to his garage. Respect. After parking the A4 in my garage for about 2 weeks, no coolant leaks- not a drop, so far so good. I highly recommend Nick and Alex to anyone that drives a German luxury car, his garage is full of them waiting for repair. Instead of the dealer, give Bavarian Motors a try, you won't be disappointed. They are professional, super knowledgeable mechanics, and honest. they are good guys.

Alex went out of his way to check my wife's car after an electrical problem caused it shutdown couple hundred feet from this establishment. He diagnosed the exact issue, we fortunate that a auto parts store was nearby, we got the part and it was removed and replaced in short order. I would have given 5 stars but I was told initially that it would cost $80.00, but after getting the part was told it was going to cost $100.00. The cost wasn't a issue it was the principle. All in all we left satisfied

Súper reliable mechanics who you can trust to get your German vehicle fixed. They let you know what other parts is needed to change. I bought my a4 03 to replace shocks. Turn out I needed to replace my timing chain tensioner first before I replace the shocks. They did a fantastic job replacing timing chain tensioner. Will come back to get my shocks replace soon.

I came at this show by friend recommendation to replace control arm and engine mounts... After 2 days I came to pickup my car and the battery light was on... I asked why is my light on now, and they said that someone replaced my alternator and that that'sweird and that they dont know what to tell me.... Someone replaced it while the car was in their shop??? .. I had no any other choice than to accept their offer to replace my alternator with old one (probably my original alternator, who worked the moment I left my car there) for additional amount of money, and they didnt even give me a receipt for it... I DONT RECOMMEND YOU TO LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THEIR SHOP.

I bought my Audi from him a few years ago and it was one of the best decisions I made. He put in a brand new engine before selling it to me, and even after three years, it still runs smooth and strong with no issues at all. He was upfront, honest, and really took care of the car before handing it over. You can tell he takes pride in his work definitely someone you can trust.

I do not recommend. Here’s my story. I used to recommend this service to my friends, but now I understand why I’ve heard so many negative reviews — and honestly, I’m surprised there aren’t more of them here. Let me share my experience. About two years ago, I came to this shop to replace the alternator in my car. I was offered two options: a cheaper one with no warranty, or a more expensive one that was supposedly better quality and priced at $600–700 just for the part. I’m a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars, so I trusted the mechanics and chose the more expensive option. Including labor, I paid $900 in cash. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any documentation about the warranty, and I don’t even remember if it was for one or two years. After a year and a half, my car broke down on the highway — again, it was the alternator. I took it to a different shop, and they replaced it. They also checked the old one and showed me that it was actually worth around $220–300, not $600. It was my mistake not to ask for paperwork, but now I understand why so many of my friends kept saying, “Don’t go there, they’ll overcharge you.” I won’t be coming back, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone
