Greenwood, Midland, Stanton, and Odessa folks should definitely call B&B if you need automotive repairs. Honest, prompt, and quality work. My AC went out in my Acadia. It was not an easy leak to find. In fact, they didn’t find it in any of the “usual” places. But Brandon did the research and found that Acadias have a problem with the rear evaporator. He called me and we discussed options. There was no guarantee that this was going to fix the problem and it was going to be expensive to tear into the back to find out, but we were out of alternatives. Fortunately, he was right...that’s where the leak was. I highly recommend B&B Automotive.

GREAT COMPANY. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY REALLY CAR ABOUT THE SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMER. & DON'T WANT YOUR CAR LEAVING THE SHOP OT FIX!! VERY FAST SERVICE. but . .. they charge 120perhour for service, I came in to get headlights done which normally should take 45min they elongated the WH(Work Hours) and I was charged $250 instead of $60. I suggest being there when they are working on your vehicle so you wont get hit with a insane price!!! Other Than That, GREAT PLACE TO GO. Update 3/3/2020- had my power steering pump replaced due to the loud noise. they diagnosed it then that was it. the only conn is that it took 3 weeks. but they did such an awesome job on my car, I didnt mind the 3week wait. & And their Admin Brittany has one of the best customer service I've ever seen! Thanks Brittany!

The best automotive/diesel shop I have experienced in both Odessa and Midland, Texas. They are honest, know what they are doing (these guys are just not parts changers), and work with you to fix your vehicle in the most cost effective way. In addition, these guys care about your vehicle and are not trying to just get you in and out to make a buck. I highly recommend them. It is difficult nowadays to find mechanics of this caliber, mechanics that are not only top notch but that also genuinely care about the customer.

Spent over $35,000.00 here on 2 trucks getting them back in shape. 2007 & 2012 Ford diesel pickups. I haven’t regretted it one bit. Most recently I had my sunroof get stuck open on the 2012 truck. Although at first they weren’t sure if they could take care of it. After confirming with the owner that they could take care of it. They got it in right away and took care of it ( I was going on vacation and wanted to take this truck). They can’t always get to work that quickly on my vehicles but this time they were able to. Can’t say enough good things about them. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for repairs.

I want to give a big thanks to BB Automotive for making my 1968 El Camino drivable again! They were such a big help and the quality of work that they did was great to say the least. When I first entered the shop I was greeted with a smile and firm handshake. After talking to them and giving them the extensive list of things I needed done to restore my vehicle, they promised me that everything would be done right and I left that shop feeling confident. They completed their work and I drove out of that shop with the biggest smile and tears of joy. They did such a great job and I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs their vehicle restored. All my life I’ve always heard “You get what you pay for” and these guys are worth every penny. I can’t thank these guys enough for making a dream become a reality and I can’t wait to have them work on my next project.

Disappointed, and upset. After nearly 2 months of waiting for them to look at it. Not only did they “not have any interest” in working on my vehicle. Before they came to that conclusion they pulled it in and ripped the dash apart. While fragile from age, a lower section was broken out to access behind the dash easier. Also, fuses left out, pieces not put back in place. It’s bad enough they wouldn’t even attempt to check it out thoroughly, but to leave my truck in worse condition than when it was dropped off is ridiculous.

Slow repair time, incorrect diagnosis, double charged, rude service, they do not back there work!!!! Had my Mitsubishi back for 2 days after there initial repair, the same idle issues came back, I brought my car back to them thinking they would correctly diagnose the issues this time with no extra charge however I was charged again and still the issue continued. They claimed it was either a wiring harness or ecu issue. They claimed they spent over 10 hours on my car, you would think they would do a continuity test through the harness in all that time. They simply lied to me about there diagnosis. On top of that they left the mass air flow and iac valve unplugged when I picked the car up. And just rude people that lie to your face. Save your money and headache
