The wait is minimal. Right away, someone greets you and gets started on service. Oil change was fast and while waiting, a list of services were presented that my vehicle needs. I'm getting my second vehicle ready to get it serviced as well.

On December 30, 2025, I took my car in for an oil and filter change. Initially, they were helpful, but then the person removing the filter dropped a tool into the engine. They said they checked the tires, but nobody actually did. It says they added windshield washer fluid, but they didn't. My entire engine is covered in oil, even my headlights are covered in oil. I paid $130 for this; you can find better places for that price.

I consistently use this Valvoline for my oil changes & tire rotations. I went yesterday morning 2-21-26 & had the most excellent customer service. I was greeted kindly & given frequent well-communicated updates on timing & progress. Although I was waiting in line, the staff made me feel prioiritized. The pricing is fair. My service was quick. Every single staff member communicated well with me. My safety was priorized while exiting & returning to my vehicle. This is the type of high-quality customer service the public seeks.
