These guys replaced my engine, didn’t swap out any of the ignition coils or spark plugs on the engine they charged me almost $10,000 to put in causing my trucks PCM to get fried. They also didn’t want to warranty the work stating “we had to let go of the guy that was working on your truck, he wasn’t getting anywhere”. Use these guys at your own caution.

So let me start off by saying, that I liked them but now I don’t. So this morning at 8am dropped my car to get it checked out because it was being weird. Anyways the younger gentleman man was so nice, he said well do this and that and I was like perfect. But since 12pm rolled around I haven’t heard anything. So I called at 1:30 and I said hey I was wondering if u found anything wrong with my car. And he said u need a differential, and I said ok, how much will it cost and he had the guts to tell me that he’s very busy. I just wanted to know how much it was going to be. So I said ok thank u, and he hang up on me. And I know it was the owner or the old man that had an attitude when I dropped it off this morning. Overall they at least checked it but he shouldn’t had an attitude just for me asking him a question. Guess he treats ladies with those kind of manners.

I've gone to Luis Auto Repair for well over 10 years now with every vehicle I've had problems with. My husband is always working, so I've (a woman) have always communicated with him. He's always been helpful and informative. He's always been good with his prices. He's always quick with getting me an estimate and getting my car in and out. Never had problem with his work.
