I called this Dr Vinyl of Permian Basin to set up an appointment for a claim through another company, but my experience was far from pleasant. The representative I spoke to was shockingly arrogant, rude, and lacking the basic friendliness and politeness that any customer would rightfully expect. I immediately terminated the call and reached out to the claims department to schedule with a different company. I firmly believe that businesses should prioritize customer relations, and I refuse to do business with those that fall short in this regard.

We had to have a couple small tears fixed in our brand new leather sofa and Shawn did an outstanding job!! You can’t even tell there was ever a tear there as he filled it and matched the color perfectly. He is very polite and professional and he does amazing work! Dr. Vinyl is great! He is very good at repairing small to moderate imperfections on your auto body. Damaged areas that you want to look good, but you don't want to file an insurance claim on. He's reasonable and works quickly and efficiently. I understand he's very good at repairing leather furniture too. I haven't used him for that, but I'll surely call him if I have that need. He is reliable and pleasant. He's an asset to our area!
