The building is neat and orderly although they were out of several things I wanted. We were in the back and heard an employee complaining all the way from the front about different issues. Went to the front to check out and the employees ignored us as they stocked. I know they knew we were there because I said "where everybody go"? Finally had to go ask someone to check us out. Second time that happened in the same day. Go to AutoZone, their staff are pretty great most of the time.

Went in to have my battery tested as it died after we had freezing temps. I fully expected to be told I needed a new (and, of course, expensive) battery. The lady who works there, wish I had gotten her name, tested the battery and informed me it was just fine, as was the alternator. She even told me the battery I have is the recommended one for my SUV. It's nice to find honest people and I thank her for her help.

My daughter who doesn’t know very much about cars went in to get help with her battery. Everything she stated indicated that her battery was dead. When she got there they told her that the battery was fine and that it was alternator that was bad and proceeded to try and sell her a 600.00 alternator when her alternator only costs between 100 and 200 dollars. They purposely attempted to take advantage of her because she was a woman. After leaving she went to autozone where they changed her battery and they even said her alternator was fine. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with a company that will lie and cheat just to make a small profit. Never again I will I ever use this company or recommend them to anyone.

Went in on a Saturday to get some wiper blades and no one was up front. No one greeted me. I saw a young lady walk up to the register with a customer she had been helping so I stood in line. Still no acknowledgment. The GM finally appeared to take care of me. I had my wipers under warranty so after I installed my new ones I came back in to get my refund. Once again, no one upfront and nobody greeted. I understand there are things that need to be taken care of at work, but a simple “Hello” is all it takes.

The associate Jose at the Andrews hwy location, was great! Make sure you go to him when you go in the store for your needs. He’s very helpful and does not mind lending a hand! He’s takes his time but does the job efficiently at a good pace! We need more workers like Jose.
