Valvoline location could not service my vehicle. The GM recall on the 6.2 engine requires a 0-40w oil which to my surprise was not available. Left location and went to dealer for service. This needs to be addressed as there are many of these vehicles in this situation. This was surprising and inconvenient to me and your employees. Thanks

Toby was the main person I spoke to and is the only name I got, but the whole team took great care of me. They caught that my oil cap was not threaded right and was leaking oil, and when they didn’t have the proper cap to replace it the manager went to autozone to buy me one. They kept me updated as to what was happening the whole time and was overall one of the most pleasant experiences you could have when something unexpected pops up with your car.

I’ve used the other valvoline locations in the area in the past, with 0 issues! Yesterday 9/24/25 I stopped at this location. They did the oil change and everything went great, then at the end I was shocked to pay $122! They used full synthetic!!! My truck does not call for full synthetic, the other locations will 1. Ask if I want it Or 2. Put the same oil I always get that is on file! Dude acted like he did nothing wrong and said “the price is that different… that’s bull crap it’s double the price! I’ll be doing my own oil changes again from now on. Also they did NOT check tire pressure like they say they do, place is a scam…. Avoid at all cost.

I would have given a five star review because the customer service there is excellent. However, the price had gone up quite a bit since my last visit and when I questioned the nice man that I talked to, he said that the prices go up and they are not worn ahead of time, so they can't inform their customers. Honestly that really upset me. Before work begins in any automotive industry, an estimate is given. I told him that I thought he should contact the corporate office and tell them if they raised their prices that they need to tell the employees so the employee can inform the customers.

They super unprofessional, and they started making fun of me. Under their breath but I still heard him and they charge me at ridiculous coat.I never in my life.Paid two hundred and fifty dollars for oil change and didn't even have the right filter for my car.With all dead disrespect and unprofessionalism, they were very, very rude and just made me feel like unwelcome like how are you gonna call a customer broke?I heard it with my own ears but I was not gonna start a problem there because best believe this is the last time i'm ever stepping in this location or any location for all that matters worst place ever don't get your oil changes there

Was 3 deep and out in less than 45 minutes. The crew was fast professional and courteous. My POC was Toby. Very thoughtful, communicated exactly what they were doing and did it very quickly. I observed, the crew next to me, doing the same thing. Due to my vehicle’s particular requirements and my personal preference, I supplied my own oil and filter. They cheerfully and carefully performed all tasks. One common problem in changing this filter is the dripping of oil onto the frame as it’s removed. Resulting in usually up to a week of dripping oil after the change. Zero drips in my garage. Engine bay was spotless. Just as it was before the change. I don’t know who’s running this shop, but they definitely are dialed in on customer service. Good job guys. Look forward to seeing you with all my vehicles.

When I showed up, they instructed me to line up for a different bay so they could begin sooner. Once in the bay, they got me taken care of so fast I didn’t have time to doom scroll! Luis and the crew were very professional and friendly…not in a “corporate” way, but in a very sincere and authentic way. Which of course is the only way that counts in my book. My oil was changed and tires were rotated..paper said they reset the oil meter.. they did not.. oil all over the handle of my door and the front of my car.. like most places will put a protector over it. Decided to give them a second chance. Everything went good. Was able to find a couple coupons so that was good! Coupons is why I keep coming back!
