I own a business, and they are repairing our truck. When it came time for payment, their machine at first did not accept the card, so I got a different card out, and gave it to them. They made a "Credit Refund" they told me, and as it turns it it's on the original card they were given. I've been on the phone for 21 minutes trying to untie this error, and i was supposed to go home 21 minutes ago. I can't speak about the repair job they did, but we won't be using them again if running a credit card is this difficult.

We had some body work done on our Audi and triple a & j did a great job, but we did have some technical issues after we got it back. They did a great job making sure our needs were met and everything was to our satisfaction. And we were on a tight deadline. They offered great customer service and had follow-through.

Absolutely horrible service! As I writing this I still don't have my car back so I can't comment on the work itself. I originally dropped off my car on November 16th for front bumper damage. After they pulled it apart they gave me an estimated date of the 23rd for completion. During the process I kept getting text messages saying the process was on track. Then another saying it was almost complete. Then the day before it was supposed to be done I called to make sure it was going to be ready because if not I needed to extend my rental. They said "well we had some parts not come in so we're going to have to extend it until December 3rd. Then during this time I kept getting text messages again saying it was almost ready. Again, the day before it was supposed to be ready I called to check and the lady at the front says "well they were putting it back together but found more damage so we need supplement from the insurance. I contacted insurance and she said it was sent. The next day, Dec 3rd, I showed up because I still hadn't heard anything. Then the Rick Guevara, estimate writer, tells me a completely different story. Says they found additional damage when they first got the car but never got payment but the insurance sent it that morning but the car wouldn't be done until the next day, December 4th. I received not update on the 4th unit after they closed and received a text saying wouldn't be ready until the 5th. Again on the 5th I heard nothing all day. I had to drop my rental off and headed to the shop after that. The car is sitting out in the parking lot finished but nobody relayed anything to me. I go inside to ask about my car and they say "well we haven't received payment from the insurance (over $3K) so we can't release the car. Over 18 days and no one ever said anything like this, only that it was gonna be good to go by x day, or by xx day. Now I'm stuck without a car on a Friday night with no chance of getting my car until Monday the 8th at the earliest if I can get in touch with the insurance by then. This place is a joke! Excuse after excuse and no communication. If I never showed up I would have no idea what was going on. I asked for a manager or owner but conveniently they are both "on vacation." Rick and the lady up front are both worthless and liars since they both kept telling different stories.

One star because everyone was friendly and because the car was clean when I picked up. Estimate for my car to be done per insurance was 7 business days, it took a total of 18 business days. The completion date was pushed back several times even though the text message i received said the car would be ready on time and was "on track" to be ready on time. Since i picked up my car it is still missing a part! A roof moulding piece. I called twice on it and NO ONE has called me back. At this point I am going to pay out of pocket which is crap and not right. The website says communication, Integrity and quality but none of those qualities were shown/proved. I really wanted a place where i could recommend to friend/family and take my car if i needed to again but this is not the place unfortunately.

Mid-City Collision Center has taken care of both mine and my son’s vehicles multiple times, and every single experience has been excellent! From replacing bumpers to helping with upgrades on my son’s truck, and even saving us after two separate wrecks, they’ve handled a long list of repairs with skill and care. The turnaround time is always quick, and their customer service is consistently wonderful and friendly! As well as very helpful when communicating with the insurance company about repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of body work done big or small. They’ve earned our trust time and time again!
