I called to ask how long it would be for a tire rotation and was told 1.5 - 2 hours. I arrived 30 minutes later (9am on 5/28/25) and the young man behind the counter said it would be a much longer wait now. I then heard him speak a little rudely to a customer on the phone as I was waiting to schedule an appointment for the following morning. The young man tells me to arrive at 7:30am. I asked about what the wait would be and he says 1.5 - 2 hours. I was like so it will still be 2 hours with an appointment. I laughed and said no thank you I will go elsewhere. The guy starts to argue with me as I'm walking out. I just laughed and said have a good day. I would say at bare minimum the gentleman needs some training. I am a long time Firestone customer and am very aware of how things work. Anyways, drove to the Firestone in Odessa at 2800 N County Rd W and they got me in and out in a hour.

I went in for air in 1 tire, this lady was rude and incorrectly dressed. But their response she showed up to work like that. Most places would send me home for coming to a shop like that. Still she is working. She was rude with me cause when I asked for air she rolled her eyes and walked away. I made a complaint but they aren’t taking it serious. The lady went and said something to her and another guy who put air in my tire. And this girl went back to work like it was nothing.

I had an appointment for 10:00 AM. I showed up 10 minutes early. Finally after sitting for over 2 hours of waiting, past noon, and seeing that my truck still hasn't moved, I asked for my key fob back and left. For the last hour and a half I could see through the glass doors into the shop and watched as some of the techs smoked cigarettes and watched videos on their phones. At least be intelligent enough not to do that in front of waiting customers.

I'm a hotshot customer that spend over 2000dlls at this shop. I have a 2022 dodge ram never had a problem by loosing a hubcap until I got out of this firestone shop. I went to report it with Rito a (salesman) the next morning he took pictures and sending them to Christian (store manager) to solve the problem. Finally I met Christian after 20 days later he's always on his lunch brake or taking care other business except for his customers. The first thing he got out of his mouth that he doesn't trust nobody that one bad apple turns the other apples bad, we were talking about one hubcap not all of them and that he doesn't remember spoken to his employer about my concern. He end up yelling me in front of other customers because I he saw me talking with another customer sharing my bad experience at the shop. It was very embarrassing for me I end up telling this Arrogant store manager that not to worry about it that I will pay it out of my pocket for his error.

I came in about 3:15 on a Sunday (the posted Google hours are 9-5 and hours were not on the door) when we got there the lights were off and doors locked. We called and the lady who answered (I’m assuming in corporate) had the audacity to say “they work 7 days a week so maybe they decided to close early” I have a warranty here so I did make a 7am appointment and dropped the car off the next morning. At noon, I still had not received a call so we called up there and they said it’s almost done.. my appointment was at 7 and it took over 5 hours to fix a flat. I work in Odessa and had to miss over half a day of work because they decided to close early on Sunday and take so long after a scheduled appointment . Had to come in again- only back because I have warranty here. Hours say 7am, but there’s a sign that says “will open at 8am”. Update your hours and stop opening when you please.

Had a flat tire today and thankfully Firestone was open on Sunday. Braden is who took care of me and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. He had a lot going on with several customers at the same time and handled it very well while taking care of everyone's needs.

I had an appointment to drop off my car on Sunday at 10 a.m., and I was told it would be ready by Wednesday. When I called on Tuesday for an update, I found out that the car hadn’t been worked on yet and I hadn’t received any communication from the team. There was a bit Of a confusion of why my car was there she told me she would call me back but I didn’t hear from them again so I called again only for her to tell me they didn’t offer the service my car needed mind you when I called Tuesday they said it wasn’t common but they could definitely do it …SO YOU ARE TELLING ME DAYS LATER AFTER I CALLED IS WHEN YOU TELL ME YOU CANT DO THE SERVICE MY CAR WOULD’ve STAYED THERE FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG!!!! The manger Laura all she could tell me was she wasn’t there Sunday or Monday okay but what about those other days??? if you see a car that has not been picked up or worked on shouldn’t you ask your associates about it!!! Firestone please work on better communication

That’s the last time I ever come here. Should’ve looked at the reviews first. I went in for a leak. They swapped something out. Leak was still there. They made me pay again to fix the original problem.

Lazy service and lazy mechanics it doesn’t take 2 hours for an alignment to be done. They told me to leave my truck over night but I wouldn’t get it back until Saturday like come on they need to get it together. Took it to bill Williams instead I was in and out. Luckily there’s still good shops in midland.

I recently dropped off my 2011 Prius at the Firestone Complete Auto Care location in Midland and overall had a good experience. The drop-off process was smooth and the staff handled my service professionally. The only downside was during check-in. A customer ahead of me had a clear language barrier, and the interaction took quite a bit of time with a phone being passed back and forth to communicate. I understand the staff was trying to help, but it caused a noticeable delay and became a bit frustrating. It would be helpful if check-ins moved a little quicker or appointments were encouraged to keep things flowing.

I took a tire to get it fixed at the Firestone store at 709 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79701. I took it there because I was told that our flat tire was free of charge as long as we had a Firestone credit card. I took our tire to get it fixed. It just needed the valve stem to be replaced; I had called the day before to schedule an appointment to have the tire fixed. I was told to be there first thing in the morning. I was there at 7:30 am waiting for them to open. Once they opened, I dropped the tire off to get fixed, and I spoke to the service adviser, who informed me that it would be ready in an hour. When I returned, the tire was still in the same place. No one had touched it. Then I was told to come back in 30 minutes. I gave it one more hour, but the tire was not fixed. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes for them to fix it. The employee had a bad attitude, and I was still charged for the service. This message is for the Area Manager. This store needs help starting with customer service; employees need to take the initiative to get things done and have a much better attitude towards customers. I called the complaint phone number, and I was told that an area manager would call me back. You never did. Shame on you.

I was told I had locking lug nuts on each tire and that they looked in my glovebox for the key and didn’t find it. They said they could break the locking lug nuts for a $60 fee plus 8.99 each for 4 new lug nuts, and we badly needed our brakes worked on due to scraping sound, so we said yes to breaking the locking lug nuts. We had bought the car used a few years ago and didn’t even know there was locking lug nuts or a key. In the process of breaking the lug nuts, they accidentally broke a hubcap and offered to pay for replacement and put them on. So I bought new hubcaps and brought them with me when I went to pick it up. My glove box was still left open from them “looking” and I noticed a little black zipper bag with an H for Honda on it, and there inside was the key to the now broken lug nuts! I found in 2 seconds what they said they couldn’t find and was charged $96 for their oversight. I brought in the bag and let them know it was right there in my glove box! They handled the problem professionally and apologized for the trouble and refunded me the $96. I don’t think I will be coming back. I gave 3 stars because they did own their mistake, but it all could have been avoided if they had looked thoroughly because I didn’t even have to dig or remove everything from the glove box to find it.

Everything was good until tire was installed wrong missing lug nut and cover plate was damaged while installing, update they’re not at fault for anything supposedly and they’re not going to fix their mistakes wouldn’t recommend this place your preferable place is discount tire or even Chavez tires lol.paid $2k for tires and ended up with missing parts update while getting tire fixed they had my truck sitting in reverse instead of park they’re going to mess up my transmission 🤦🏽♂️

Terrible customer service. The technicians must’ve never turned a wrench before. I made an appointment and got told the tech was struggling bleeding some brakes. An hour later I was told he was still struggling bleeding the same set of brakes and that it would be another 30 min to an hour. Nobody on this planet sets an appointment to wait 2 or more hours. Don’t waste your time with Firestone. The technicians apparently can’t even perform basic mechanic jobs.

I initially went to the Firestone location in Odessa, where unfortunately they were unable to help me and turned me away. They did, however, refer me to the Firestone in Midland—and I’m very glad they did. At the Midland location, Laura provided absolutely outstanding customer service. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting me taken care of. The technician, Christopher, did a phenomenal job—fast, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. They got me back on the road quickly and completely relieved a very stressful situation. Huge thank you to Laura and Christopher for turning a headache into a great customer experience. I highly recommend the Firestone in Midland.

I got a huge screw in my tire late on a Sunday afternoon. I rolled up 30 minutes before closing and the crew were extremely friendly and helpful and got me all fixed up and on my way. I'm a repeat customer of this Firestone. From mechanical to tires they always get me taken care off! A++++
