I was in a bind, I am here by myself in Midland, needed my F250 1999 worked on. They were recommemded by another shop. They were excellent. Fixed it right up. And gave me courtesy ride to and from shop Highly recomend. One cylinder coil was $150 diag fee and total bill of $519. Not cheap by any means, but very well worth it. I am very pleased and can highly recommend Wall Street Auto

I took my 2015 Ford F150 5.0 V8 into the shop to see what was wrong with the truck. I called them first to see what the diagnostic fee would be which was $150 dollars. Which I was okay with because it was clear upfront. However, the part that made mad was the fact that they spent two hours on the diagnostic but then charges me $150 an hour. When i called the first was 150 total, they never told me it would be 150 an hour. They preform a compression test on the block however i brought paper work before to show that it had passed compression in another shop. I will never go back to this mechanic shop. the lack of communication , and the over charge of a diagnostic fee.

i dropped my car off in september after the flooding we had on labor day 2024 if you want to verify. i live behind them on travis ave so i can drive by everyday and my car stayed un touched the insurance company went 3 separate times between september and november for diagnosis and finally got one cut them a check for almost $5300 on november 17th i paid half my deductible a little later november maybe early december i don’t remember and wasn’t given a receipt. finally early january they moved it into the shop and probably worked on it a couple days. i called them to find out what the status was they said they’re waiting for a supplemental check to cover the difference between what has been paid and what is owed and that was couple days ago. i called my insurance company to see what the hold up is and they are waiting on proof the work was done/ and needed so they can cut them the check. and apparently it is almost double what the quote which the quote included the cost of a new motor and hasn’t provided proof that the work was done and are holding my car as of today 1/30/2025 @2:09pm. every time i call the guy isn’t there and has never called me back. i’ll update when i get my car back.
alright almost everything got straightened out. at least to the point i’m not happy but content. i’m still coming outta pocket a little bit but not insane it is 2/5/2025 and just waiting on the check from insurance to arrive for them and i can get my car back.

On September 24th, 2025 by 1994 Land Cruiser broke down on the highway. It spewed all of the oil and coolant out on the ground. I quickly pulled over and shut it down. I had it towed to Wall Street Automotive. It sat for two weeks without being looked at. When I got back in town I went by to get my things out of it. I was informed it needed and engine due to rod knock. Apparently they started it and drove it in the shop with no oil in it. While there I started it with the service writer standing next to me. It wasn’t knocking. I asked them to figure out what was actually wrong. (I think the oil cooler gaskets failed.) Almost a week later they gave me a quote to do the oil cooler gaskets for $1050. That seemed fair, but they still hadn’t actually looked to see if that is what was wrong. I informed them it probably needed a radiator too. They called back and the quiet for the gaskets and to do the radiator was $2600. $1600 to do a maybe two hour job seems insane. I was told the radiator (aftermarket not OEM) is $700. I happen to know aftermarket radiators retail price is around $300-350. I was told, “That’s just our price.” When I questioned it. I decided to just pick the truck up and take it to a trusted mechanic where I live in DFW. They charged me $400 to “diagnose” my truck without actually diagnosing it and possibly damaging my engine driving it with no oil in it. I have been around the automotive industry since I was a kid and this is the single worst experience I have ever had with a shop. They didn’t even try to keep my business or seem to care that I was taking the truck somewhere else. ***Update*** Towed my Land Cruiser back to my mechanic in Dallas. He replaced the gaskets I thought were bad. Flushed the cooling system and replaced the radiator. The truck runs perfectly.

I had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop. My vehicle needed a new engine, and when I finally picked it up six months later, the front light wasn’t working and the air conditioner was no longer functioning. Fixing those issues became an additional cost.
Now the vehicle is leaking a significant amount of oil, and every time I bring up a problem, they blame my insurance company instead of taking responsibility. There are also multiple screws missing throughout the car, which is extremely concerning.
Their communication and professionalism have been very poor, and I do not recommend this place to anyone. A good professional mechanic will say bring it in let me take a look at it‼️

Had a bad experience here. I needed a ac compressor replaced. Due to the high price to replaced I decline service. However, they charge me $160 for a quote. No service was done.

Please do not take your car to this place. They don’t do good work and they will overcharge you. I have to have my vehicle repaired from the work. They have done at the dealership. I was charged less money. The dealership let me know. They actually messed up a few things this is a warning. Do not take your car to this place.

Took my titan in for an alignment issue and they also showed me that my cv axles were blown out. Got it fixed in record time, new upper control arms and cv shafts and an alignment.. very happy. No more road walk and no popping when going over bumps.. great place to take your vehicle to.
