On July 23rd I took my husband’s work truck to Gills point S and tire service to have an alignment and rotation done. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the mechanic for doing such a great job, Also to the front desk personnel for being so helpful and courteous. My husband and I will definitely visit them again in the near future when is time for tire replacement.

Talk about customer service! We purchased tires from Gills Point S Tire & Auto in Midland, and recently my wife had a blowout on her way from Midland to Houston after hitting a large bolt. Thankfully, we had purchased the road hazard warranty—but since she was closer to Houston, there wasn’t a service center nearby. I called and spoke with Clayton, and he, along with his manager, went above and beyond to make this situation stress-free. They immediately arranged for a shop just outside of Houston to take care of everything and covered the cost directly. They were not only professional but genuinely kind about it. This level of service is rare these days and speaks volumes about how they treat their customers. My father-in-law originally purchased the tires, and now we’ve all seen firsthand that Gills Point S truly understands customer service. If you’re in the Midland, TX area, I highly recommend them. They’ve earned our trust and future business without a doubt!

Had some issues with getting tires balanced. Had vibration found out after leaving the shop. Needed to have tires rebalanced at another place cause I was headed out of town. Manager made it right. He offered to fix it not knowing I took it somewhere else cause I was in a time crunch. He refunded my money. Nice guy and professional customer service.

So this one is for a new occasion…we went in and William was quick to take care of our problem. We were leaving town and needed service on the vehicle and he got us in and out all before 8:30a! Due to the stellar online ratings and reviews of Gills, I stopped in (with no appointment) to get a tire patched. The reviews of this place, and more importanly the reviews of the team of people that keeps Gills running day-to-day, are well deserved. We've all probably fallen victim to visiting a business based on really positive reviews online, only to find the reality doesn't add up to the glowing reviews. However, the reviews about Clayton and the rest of the team, even though all those reviews rave about Gills, somehow don't do it justice.
