Very disappointed, I requested help finding Marine Epoxy (J&B Weld from 2 males that did not speak English and they had no idea what or where and did not bother to help. Once one of them observed I was upset he made an attempt but I had already located it.

Had an elderly lady not capable of doing to much ask me if I could help her change her bulbs on her car. While doing so, she informed me that the guy sitting inside on his phone refused to help, because it’s practically not his job. Literally took 2 minutes to change it out. No respect for elders and poor service. Straight up lazy people.

Update: October 28th, 2025. Tony came out and tested my alternator and starter, said all was good. Battery is brand new. LIZ at O'reilly did a great job. Great customer service, listens well, happy individual. She checked my alternator, starter, and battery. All is good. Thank you LIZ. If only all customer service and people could be like LIZ at West Wadley location.

Low inventory, long lines and mediocre customer service. They didn’t have much in stock during today’s visit. They were well staffed but the check line was clear to the door with 2 registers open. No one greeted us upon entering nor did the employees engage with anyone waiting. The cashier was putout by us paying cash and even asked if we wanted our change back. That was the only interaction from anyone working.

These guys are pretty helpful. I’ve been in a few times. They helped me run the code and test my battery when I went in last week.

So upset with this O'Reilly's location. We went to get my battery replaced. The associate told us he couldn't help us install it, but wouldn't explain why (they've installed batteries in my car before...) just said "I just can't" (there were 3 other associates not helping anyone who could have helped but whatever). He then sold us the wrong battery. He got us the correct one, and we were supposed to get a refund for the difference in batteries (and the core return fee), but have yet to have them appear on our bank account. When we called to ask about the refund, the manager on duty stated the associate who helped us told him he gave us cash - which he didn't, as we have all the receipts showing that the refunds should have been put back on our cards...The manager on duty told us he couldn't help and to call back when the store manager was in, but wouldn't tell us when that would be and argued with us that the associate had to have given us cash because the till on that night wasn't short or over. I requested help on the website, was asked to send my contact info, and am waiting for the district manager to call. Very disappointed in this location as we've always trusted O'Reilly's to provide good, honest service. Hoping to receive a call from the district manager soon.

I avoid this store at all cost!!! It’s ran by a bunch of rude young men. Edgar’s is what you would call them. They are always on their phones every time I walk in. Most of them have no clue what they are doing. They always have this attitude like I’m bothering them/ inconveniencing them. If they don’t like it, they should get another job somewhere else where they can be lazy. I hope they see this as well as corporate. These are the type of people I’d love to see fired.

horrible service lady in the morning when I called she didn't act like she wanted to help when I go in the building. She said she's the only one there she says and is just grumpy. I'll tell you thank you when you treat customers respectfully.

Honestly so irritated by the customer service here. Called before hand to see if I could get my battery looked at or replaced. Was told yeah that’s fine and that it would probably only take five to ten minutes. Show up at the store, the man who helped me (has a big “Pena” tattoo on his arm) acted like he was hardly listening to me and wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Then when I show him my car battery his response is “Oh no, I can’t get that out, I’m not even going to be able to check it, you have to go to the dealership.” Really? Cause you fit your whole hand up under there. And just got done telling me how you have done like ten battery changes today. I understand being tired at work, but the customer service was shut and so were the excuses.

We had a check engine light come on 5 hours from home and they read the error code for us and printed it out. With that information we were able to limp home at a max speed of 55. I thank them for that helpful information. PTL

We were stranded out of town and was sold an O’Reilly battery and ended up finding out it was the alternator and had made 2 purchases . It is less than 24 hours we made it home and the local oreilly would not take the battery back. Even though you can clearly look at the receipt and see when the purchase was made. The asst manager said he would have to call and ask the manager for the approval. I asked can you please help us. It was not even a second thought , NO was the answer. In these times you would hope for some kind of help. We spent over 200 for a battery and over 144 for an alternator. That is a lot of money for anyone. So sad for this experience, I always use Auto Zone and found out that they take batteries back no question. The tow truck driver said oreilly was closer than auto zone so we being 2 women went there for help. I will never use Oreilly again. Also the asst mgr made a remark about it being from another store, what would that have to do with anything? we were stranded out of town and trying to get home. BEWARE Edit: I heard from Tyler on Saturday, who was with customer resolutions , who in turn said that my issue would be escalated up to a district manager . I have not heard back from anyone and still terribly upset with this situation. Worst case scenario to help someone else in this situation and not forfeit over $200.00 when it was necessary and when you didn’t have this extra to spend. So sadly disappointed

Bad business. All foot traffic is unable to walk on the sidewalk in order to get to the store. After navigating around and getting into the store they do not have pigtails and only have limited light bulbs.
