Very Helpful and straight forward. I was stuck on the side of the road due to an over heating issue. Talked to Rich (the owner) he said to bring it in on a busy Thursday afternoon. No idea who I was just explained the issue that I’m about 1100 miles from home. Towed it there, Josh (Technician) jumped on it right away. Rich even dropped us off at the hotel. They figured out the issue, repaired it, and had me back on the road the next morning. Thank you for your service! God bless

Nothing but positives to write about Patriot! I called and got redirected to another number, left a message on the second number, and got a call back only a couple minutes later. Rich, the owner called me back and although he wasn't available to come out and take a look at our truck, he said we could send him pictures and videos, and gave us specific things to take a look at, and he would get back to us with feedback. All very nice! Then luckily one of his technicians, Kyle, was available to take a look at it, so we drove the truck to their shop where they only needed 30 minutes to take a look at it. Also everyone was very friendly and accommodating! All of our plans were very last minute too(all day of, on Saturday when most shops close early), so I was very happy that they could make it work for us. 10/10 If I need car services, inspection, etc. again in the future, would return!
