Overpriced ! Someone I know needed a complete fuel system replacement and was given a quote of around 7k. So they got the car towed back to Lubbock’s Gene Messer Toyota and they were willing to do it for 4k! Midland Toyota won’t leave an opportunity to rip you off! Highly recommend going to another dealership in the nearby towns

Very good care and attention throughout the process, Eric Barrera was especially helpful as the service advisor. George Sisneros was particularly patient with me as I was looking at multiple upgrade options they had available whilst my car was in service. Very negative experience. The vehicle I was coming to see was filthy inside - clearly no effort was made to even make a quick pass with a vacuum inside. Pictures did not reveal how incredibly scratched up the vehicle was. The asking price was almost $20k on a vehicle worth maybe ~ $11k. We had worked out details on an alternative vehicle and when it came to a mechanic inspection the two dealers were very resistant, pushing the purchase of a warranty instead. They did not want that vehicle inspected. I elected to leave, and while I want to be careful about any judgement of another person's character/honesty, I felt like trusting this dealership was high risk. They seemed manipulative, as if I had done something wrong by choosing to not purchase a car. It was absurd all around. A sister facility - Auto-Inc I believe, was better, but still problematic. I wouldn't agree to the dealer's price and Chris actually almost slammed his hands on the table in disagreement. He was so angry. Not the kind of place I'd want to be. It was like a scene in a bad movie not worth seeing. I would avoid returning, and I would be very careful here if you need to purchase a vehicle through them.

I was severely disappointed at the service at Toyota of Midland and the way I was treated by Luisa. I had high hopes since I had a great experience with Toyota Odessa but I will never be returning here. First issue: I called to get a second key and recalls performed. I bought my Tundra used from a Ford dealership, they started the process for the second key. I called Midland Toyota to let them know that they had already ordered it under my VIN but Luisa immediately said “that’s not true” without even checking. She checked after I insisted and she apologized afterwards. Second issue: I dropped off in the afternoon and let them know I needed it today. No communication and it was not ready on time. Luisa said “oh yeah, you needed it today. I told you they sometimes get busy.” Third issue: When they were going to program the key, Luisa called, rudely said that I had to take off the keychain or else they wouldn’t program it, she later rudely asked for permission to remove the keychain.

Had warranty oil changed, but they neglected to place fastening bolts on protecting plastic lining. After getting home, plate was damaged by street asphalt. Called service manager. No responce,I had to fix negligence of the proffessionals.

I rarely write reviews , however was aghast at the unprofessional handing of my appointment today with a hope that the root cause can be identifies and corrected since I believe that we all strive for professionalism and constant improvement . My appointment was handled by employee named ERIC at the service department and I went for my 30 k scheduled maintenance service , I had an extended maintenance purchased which will work till 35 k miles . He told me that oil change is due at 35 k , I told me okay I will wait and do the rest. I waited for one hour 8.45 to 9.45 am and then I was told that the car is out. When I could not locate the receipt and called them back , I was told that that I can come to pick it up, I went back and Eric told me “ the car never made it to the bay as you told me that you will wait till 35 k miles “ I tried to explain and helped him recall that it was oil change I said I will wait and asked me to do the scheduled , but he kept on repeating “YOU told me to wait till 35 k” I asked him if nothing was done on my vechile why I was kept waiting for one hour he said “ I pulled you car up front and you were sitting here for whatever time “, I asked him how would anyone know where the vechile is unless a associate tell the customer , but he was in no mood to listen . Finally he told me to book another appointment and then he will do “ everything “ Again I am writing this not to complain but to ensure that other do not go through same experience

Used to be the best service in town but no longer. The service really dropped off the last year or so and I started going elsewhere. I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and thought I’d give them a try. It’s gotten way worse. An hour and a half of no movement in the service department. Lots of new faces. I won’t be back anytime soon.

spent around $700 for coolant and transmission fluid change which was unnecessarily expensive for a basic service. also had it done in roughly two hours and they overfilled my car with too much engine oil and coolant over the max which I could tell by checking the fill lines on the coolant reservoir and the end of the dip stick. stop wasting your money going to these dealerships that scam you out of your money and take advantage of people who don't know enough about cars!

This place gets 5 stars from me. I went in for a repair on my rear gate and as soon as I arrived I was helped by Joshua, he was helpful and very professional. Not only did he take care of my rear gate but also took care of a few recalls for me all in the same day. Joshua provided a shuttle for my daughter and I to get back home while they worked on my car. Absolutely went over and above my expectations. Thanks to Joshua and Toyota of Midland for taking care of us. Definitely recommended.
