I have always been skeptical of mechanics however these guys at Trinity are probably some of the most honest mechanics I have ever come across. They have no problem at all showing you what the problem was and how they fixed it. And yes even though they have no choice but to charge you for this service as they are in business to make a living they do not charge you outrageous prices. I will close in saying that if you should need vehicle repair, there is no place I would trust more than Trinity Automotive.

This shop is absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for my family and were communicative and helpful. They went over each needed repair with photos and full descriptions as well as recommendation for urgency for the repair to keep us in budget.

Melinda was friendly and professional. Once she went on vacation, things were a bit rougher. I ended up paying about 800 over what she had been telling me the whole time. I left with another code on my car that I was later told by another mechanic that it had to do with what was fixed on my car. Stating that it would have been honored anywhere else. I wish I had had a different experience than what I did.

I can not say enough good things about them! I was in town for a doctor appointment and my Jeep was overheating. I appreciate how fast they diagnosed the problem and that they were able to fix it the same day. Melinda was so nice and calming during a stressful situation. A lot of times I leave the mechanic feeling like I got a bad deal or was mislead and overcharged but not here. I left feeling confident in the work they did.
