Did everything they could to ratchet up the price way over what was agreed upon when we left the vehicle, charged hundreds of dollars for removing freon from the airconditioner (saying that was the problem)...it wasn't, did not honor the 10% off coupon that they sent out to me (one of the main reasons I took the vehicle there).

They were so friendly, and helpful, I took my mom there and they took so good care of her, she's older so you worry about people taking advantage of them, but they took time, explained everything to her, went out of their way to help her, with every detail, I would give them 10 stars if I could. 12/16/2024 Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation as soon as they opened and didn’t get my car back till 5:45. Y’all need to work on communicating with your customers. I called at 2:00 for an update because my honda app told me my oil was done and was told i’d get a call back, i ended up calling at 4:30 and didn’t even get greeted, just immediately put on hold and was on hold for so long that i hung up. My wife ended up calling at 5:30 and rochelle said “oh sorry it was done an hour ago” maybe communicate that? This was my third and final time bringing my car for service here, it’s such a shame the service team isn’t on level the sales team brings. 2023 accord EX usually i have amazing experiences but today was completely different. service advisor was rochelle and from the jump she seemed bothered, there was another lady there helping 2 other guests and she was so nice and helpful with providing them updates and even answered a question i had while rochelle was right there. a little bothered at how dramatically they moved my seats but i also get it bc they’ve gotta drive my car. i don’t appreciate having my radio messed with as well as my AC and dirt on my dashboard (i just detailed my car yesterday) will be reviewing my dashcam for this. at the end, rochelle never told me my car was done, i had to walk up and as i did she said with an attitude that they JUST brought it up, the system was slow so ill give her that but she never said anything, and didn’t have a good vibe. i did come in 15 minutes late to an appointment i had for an oil change (my fault of course) but also didn’t leave for another hour and a half. pls bring colby back

Went to dealership today 10/26/23, for a tire rotation on my 2023 Honda CR-V. I couldn't be happier with the professional and courteous service I received. Colby has a very positive character and treated me like a member of his own family. Extremely great attitude and professional all the way. I highly recommend Classic Honda of Midland for quality service and tremendous care of the customer and their vehicle. 5 Stars across the board!On a side note, the CR-V is an AWESOME car. Plenty of power, a lot of space and incredible gas mileage. Far better car than any other in its class.

Edit 10/11/2024: Rating still at 2 stars but it’s funny and perhaps a bit telling of their customer service that the manager got my name wrong in their reply below (hopefully it’s still visible.) My name is not Derrek. I set up an appointment, arrived ten minutes early, and was told it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change. Then I had to wait almost 3 hours because my service provider had to tend to a personal issue. It's unfortunate, but I wish somebody would have told me, since I found out that my car had actually been serviced already at some point, when I finally went to go check with somebody. I asked the friendly lady who eventually helped me if there was any benefit to setting an appointment and she said that it's first come first serve regardless. The system isn't clear, is timely, and unfortunately negatively affected my plans for that day. On the plus side, the mechanics seem to do a good job. The waiting room is okay.

My car is covered completely under warranty both standard and extended warranty but they tried to charge me $220 if they couldn’t replicate the issue. No way I should be charged for this when my car has under 20k miles. Did not let them service my vehicle and will not use them for any of my service needs.

I got an oil change on my new car last week and received exceptional customer service from Ashton at the desk. Service was quick and they also updated a software problem while I was there. I had considered going to less expensive shops for future maintenance but because of the great service I will be back.
