PLEASE READ! Did you search up Mechanic in Erie & B&B truck showed up ? Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else , grab your phone and schedule your vehicle in . Today its hard to find Honest Hardworking Auto Techs . Trust me i figured out the hard way with my Honda Civic , a shop Klenz Brothers couldnt find a leak on my civic but charged me everytime they guessed at it . Finally i called B&B and they scheduled me in looked at it gave me a estimate .. & after their well trained techs explained to me the process i knew everyone else in the reviews were right . THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ! They fixed my car and after a trip to Columbus guess what ! No Leak ! & THEY EVEN SHOWED ME THE DAMAGED PARTS ! Thank you everyone at B&B !

Horrible experience with this shop the owner John quoted my drivers on work on a semi truck at $3800 and by the time it came to pay the bill <it was at almost 10,000! Since the shop had the truck we had to pay to get it out and upon driving the truck it was in worse of a condition. My guys took the truck back and John checked over the truck and told us that he couldn't fix it and to come and get it and take it to a dealer and when I asked about the 9000 we paid and who pays the next bill at the dealer he said somebody has to but he wasn't responsible because he didn't know what needed to be fixed he just thought it was what he changed ,the clutch, because that's what the driver had thought. He quoted 3800 and made us pay almost 9000 to get the truck back. Its not fixed and in worse condition and he changed parts that he should not have changed because they didn't need to be changed and charged us over his stated estimate and provided no fix and no return and wont do anything past tell us to come get it and take it somewhere else. One of the worst mistakes you can make I would not recommend anyone to go here with a problem. go to another place much more respectable that will stand by their work. This is June 2022. Lastly he said this job would only be a few days. this whole nightmare has been over a month. Lost revenue and a whole semi truck just down and no forseeable solution as the owner got mad that he was questioned on taking 9000 from a person without getting any work done and leaving them out to dry. Sad and so horrible. I hope this doesn't happen to more people in our community.

You won't find a staff with a broader knowledge from pickups to road tractors. Very helpful, they'll get you in quick, and do the job right. The owner works in the shop with the other mechanics which gives some assurance on the work done to your equipment. The phone always gets answered, period. Tough service to beat.

John and his crew came out to help when my truck blew a wheel seal and an airbag when no one else in the area was able to help. They were incredibly fast on dispatching a service truck to our location, and repairing the truck to get us back on the road. Their prices are very reasonable and their staff very professional. My long-time repair shop closed for good, and a trusted mechanic of theirs recommended a couple places; BB's being one. First experience was excellent! I was treated warmly, the place is clean, and there's a friendly dog on premises (shop pets always rate points with me). Detailed evaluation, professional workmanship, and a bill far less costly than anticipated. I waited for a while until a ride came, and people coming and going all conducted their business cheerfully (a good omen IMO). I was even given a nice pen and key ring promoting their business, and I thought that was a really nice touch. I rarely feel inspired to post reviews. I'll be back for sure. Thank you BB's!

I've been taking my vehicles here for years. The owner and the office employees are always nice and make you feel welcomed. They make your repair experience as smooth as possible.
