Best and easiest service! Professional & courteous from start to finish. Our son’s car died after a trip away from HPU. No history with Beamer but they agreed to have the car towed to them to take a look. From the first phone call, to the diagnostic report and the continued communication, they fixed the car and went above and beyond in backing their recommendations. So glad we found them! My parents have used Beamer for years in High Point. I have been having issues trying to find a very dependable and honest place to take my vehicles.I live in Randleman so I definitely don't mind driving to find a honest place .They have started taking care of my cars now..Ronnie and David and all the employees are very friendly.Found there prices to be very reasonable for the quality of service they offer..They are very good about keeping you informed on your vehicle while there.I love the Txt messages and to keep you informed .When they say a full service oil change its definitely full service. They check everything and down to taking pictures and keeping you informed .Thank You guys for all the years of taking care of my parents vehicles and looking forward too many more years of keeping our family safe on the road.

Beamer Has always been a great place to take my car. They are honest and I feel like they always treat me Fairly and do the best to give me a good deal on my repairs. My AC went out and they had me fixed in out of there an hour and a half. They have for a very nice waiting room if you have to stay like I normally do. I just can't say enough Nice things about this company and the people who work there.

Forgot to install new wiper blades. They had to oder and ask me to return in an hour. When I returned, the new blades would not fit my car. I waited out front for over 30 minutes till the second set got there. They fit, but are very loud.

I meant to post this a while back, but long story short we had a Prius where the head gasket blew about a year ago! I did all of the work myself to replace the head gasket and then some but there was still something off, the car was still running rough! In the end I decided to take it into the shop, this shop - and they were very knowledgeable, and spoke with me about the things I had done and never once made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing, they were very encouraging and nice, in fact the only thing they would say is did you use good parts (and of course a few were off Amazon so that was a no, ha!). It ended up being one of the coils and one bad spark plug even though everything was "new". They replaced the plug, coil, and recommended a carbon buildup cleaning after my head gasket work and I agreed. When they called to let me know it was ready for pickup, everything was finally running smoothly and has been ever since! I even asked a few questions about our BMW at the time and they had excellent answers, speaking of which... I usually do the work on our cars until it gets into the "I've tried five different things and something is still off" phase lol, and I'm about to take in the BMW to these gentlemen to see if they can assist because it's at that phase now. All to say, whether you have a Toyota Prius or a BMW that is being stubborn with engine codes, this crew knows their stuff and can get you back up and running, and moving in the right direction!
