Marcus is my service advisor for my dodge ram warlock. He always does a great job and is very honest. I just recently had my oil changed, emissions cleaning performed and wheel alignment. The mechanics checked my cabin and engine filters and told me they did not need replacing which most shops would try to sell you new ones even if not needed. The Ilderton’s are a great family and take pride in their business. Highly recommend!

Asked for brake check as they are squeaking. Was told someone drove it 27 miles and dint ever hear it. I left heard it entire way back to work. Not sure how the high pitch noise when braking was missed.

Always a great experience with this dealership and this service was no different. Have to update my review after this last visit. Dropped the truck off on Monday, they didn't check it until Thursday evening, and didn't try to duplicate any issues or scan for problems, just pulled it into the shpp let it run for about 20 to 30 minutes, found one problem, but then said they couldn't duplicate the others. Dash cam showed they didn't even trie. They didn't realize my dash cam was recording everything. I won't be going back after this.

Brought my '25 Honda HR-V in to replace a tire after I picked up a bolt coming home from Greensboro. Given the size & placement of the bolt and that it had been driven on, I knew replacement was going to be my safest bet but my Honda dealer didn't give me a wheel lock key when I purchased. My service advisor Dylan Malpass took the time to hear my concerns and help me make the informed decision to park that vehicle until the tire could be replaced for my own safety then back me up on that choice when my original dealer wanted me to drive to them to replace. When Ilderton says they will take care of you like family, they demonstrate that with their actions 100%.

I turned in my truck a day early left it there over the week and called Friday needing my truck when in on Saturday. Said it wont be able to be worked on and can pick up anytime. Walked in and it was in the shop unable to drive. Told well call when its ready. Monday no call, went in Tuesday and it did get finished night before. Noone called. They did however give me a really nice loaner, AND Military discount. The shop found out what I thought was wrong wasnt and the repairs cost less than expected. Save money extra time good personal relations poor communication but it was all over the New Year week so low on manpower and swamped.
