Contacted this guy to fix my daughter's car that was overheating. He claimed it was a clogged hose and fixed it. The next day it was running hot again. My daughter and I both contacted him multiple times but never got a response. Never again.

He is experienced in cars, motorcycles, trucks and trailers. I've never had a repair done so quickly, effectively and one where I knew was what going on every step of the way. Contacted to have my car repaired. Agreed to a specific time on two separate days and Brandon was an hour and a half late the first day and two hours the next day, with no warning or heads up. He ended up ghosting me and went MIA. Ended up having to pay to get car towed to the dealership and then had to sell items to be able to afford the downpayment on financing the $1400 worth of repairs the dealership had to do. They had to replace things that Brandon supposedly replaced, and showed me the bad parts. Feel like I was scammed out of nearly $400 because he only takes cash or CashApp, so I have no way of getting my money back. I just got my car back, after going over a week without it. I had to call out of work and risk termination because I didn’t have my car. I am not made of money and this has placed such a huge hardship on me because now I do not have money to pay my phone and electric bills.

Had a bad breakdown on Saturday and needed to be somewhere. My suv was the only car capable of making the trip. Looked for towing companies but to no avail on weekends, even 24 hour tows were not answering. Instead looked for a mechanic that would answer and came across Royalls on google search. Brandon came out same day maybe within 2 hours of me calling and got straight to it. Got the parts removed but i wasnt able to take the parts to get swapped until the next day. Got them in the morning and Brandon came back out around 1 sunday and put everything back together. Car was fixed. Quality service and very friendly attitude. Very affordable compared to shops only open 5 days a week. Any autowork i need in the future i will give Brandon a call instead of my current/former auto repair shop. I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done. Love the service and will be doing business again soon.

I really hate to do this, because I very much enjoyed Brandon. He was easy to work with, and did an admirable job that was harder than expected. Lots of rust and late at night, I paid him more than we agreed upon because of this. That's what I get for being nice. Unfortunately the next day I went to drive the car and was met with a lot of play in the part that was repaired. Asked Brandon to come back and take a look, and was told he would be there. And then? Nothing. 6 messages later and two days and still no response. Ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else to get it fixed, like the last review stated. I hate to give someone a bad review when they worked so long and hard on something, but if you're going to outright ignore me repeatedly, this is all I can do. I was nice, I overpaid what was quoted, I gave him drinks, and was met with being ignored with a car that wasn't safe to drive. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is.

I had him come and fix my car he did but the next day it ran worse then it it did before he said he would look at it the next day but never showed up. I had apart come in that he was supposed to put on but he wouldn’t answer any of my phone calls nor did he return my messages so that he could finish the job. I had to take my car somewhere else to get fixed. He is really nice but he moves like a scammer. He took money for a job that he didn’t complete and I have no way of getting in contact with him. Update; Brandon still has not contacted me about the “parts” I had to pay him. It’s been 6 weeks now. He completely stole from me. I will keep posting updates about this. Read the review I’ve posted. Having to get the sheriff and court involved. This will cost him more than 5 times what he stole!

Brandon was very nice when we met. Pricing was great. He diagnosed my Polaris ranger with a bad clutch. While taking it apart, he said our transmission was bad. He ask for me to pay $900 for the parts. After paying him 9 days ago, he is no where to be found. No money returned and no parts! 12 calls and 12 text, no answer. I’m out $900. Calling the police soon. I asked a different mechanic to come look at it. He states my transmission was good. He asked why Brandon cut the axle. NEVER , EVER use Brandon Royall

Horrible service. Dude is a junky chasing a fix!! Tore my car up then left it leaking coolant claiming he had to go but whole time he messed up a brand new part then tried to leave

Terrible service. Was supposed to be here at 1130. Got here at 6pm. Put the pump on. It leaked almost immediately. He said I needed a hose. He came late to put it on. And it still leaked.Come to find out the leaks weren't from the hose but from where the pump meets the pulley. It's pours out. I wish I could load a video. No way he didn't see this!!!😡🤬🤬🤬
