We had planned to donate our vehicle to family in Coppell Texas planning to drive it over 900 miles from South Carolina. Just before departure however, we developed an oil pressure issue and were unable to get it fixed in time for our scheduled trip. Reluctantly, we gingerly drove it to coppell from SC but made an appointment with Beas in advance of our arrival. We chose Beas based on the close proximity to our family. We could not have received better service anywhere. The staff at Beas was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Never in all my visits to repair shops has the technician voluntarily provided me with the defective parts including photos, explaining in detail what went wrong with my oil system. My vehicle was good as new and we now had peace of mind about turning our car over to our family in need. Thank you Beas for an amazing experience. We will surely recommend future visits to Beas for all our Texas family.

Do not use this place. They don't actually open according to the operating hours they say over the phone. They charged us $200 for a misdiagnosis on broken A/C and their "so-called" repairs. When we took it back a second time because the A/C was still broken, they dismissed our concerns and sent us back. When we went back for a third time (by this point having wasted hours of our time), they told us that a "new problem" had developed in between the three days and we needed to pay another $2K for their so-called "new problem". They actually wanted us to believe there was a fortunate for them coincidence rather than admit to the fact that they misdiagnosed the problem. We are took our money to Bearded Brothers Automotive in Carrolton instead- they actually know what they are doing. Update: Bearded Brothers fixed the A/C for $300…they showed us it's not the $2k problem that Beas had originally claimed.

Beas Auto Repair is great 👍🏻👍🏻. My cars have been serviced there for the last five years. Prices are competitive, but more importantly the mechanics at Beas are honest. I've brought two different vehicles in with what I thought were larger problems, that turned out to be minor. They could have easily told me my issue was expensive, but instead gave me honest assessments that were very inexpensive to fix.

Very nice family owned business. They are very helpful and have decent prices. They worked with my warranty company on a major repair on my car. The waiting room is amazing, with a sofa, TV, and even game systems. Its a great place to wait for your car.

My wife’s car was serviced at a “dealership, when the car was returned to her, it wouldn’t start. The service man said you need a battery. She contacted Bea’s. I cannot say enough positive things about Beas Auto. I've used them for quite a few years now and wouldn't want to take my vehicles anywhere else. Recently they did body work on my SUV after I was hit in a minor accident. The work is pristine and you cannot tell there was ever any work done.
