No any issues for the service execution, my only concern is that the belt which was as a part of the replacements doesn't realistically match to the price, not even close to any current marketplaces prices. The markup for the belt was triple and the service was expensive, I understand if a mechanic could spend 2 hours installing a serpentine belt that usually takes 5 minutes but I paid $145 for this service. So i think no need to expect to get transparency & honesty.

My family and I were in Austin to pick up a new vehicle we just purchased and we have a long hour and a half drive for the return trip to Dallas, FW area. While driving, I noticed a thumping sound and pulled to the side to find out what it was. The tires looked Ok and the pressure was holding so I was concerned that something suspension related broke. I can't drive in the condition of the car making loud thumping noises at speeds even above 10mph. It was late and most tire shops has closed except Firestone which has only about 15 mins left before closing. It was a Saturday and nearly all tire center closes on Sunday. We limp our way to Firestone Complete Auto Care, the closest remaining open tire center and spoke to this wonderful man, Austin who was very empathetic about our predicament. He mentioned that all the bays are closed and his mechanics are gone for the day. He inspected the wheels and found the driver side front tire stepped over a big bolt as shown in the picture. Being nobody in their shop was available to replace the damage tire or do a tire patch, I started to change to my car's spare donut spare tire and had difficulty with what limited tools we had. Austin went out of his way to help changing the tire making full disclosure he was not meant to do so for liability reasons. He torqued the spare tire to specs with a torque wrench and we were off on our way back to Dallas on a spare tire. This could have been a very bad situation for us and left us with very limited option. We can't stay in Dallas for the night and hiring a flatbed trailer for over an hour trip to Dallas is out of the question. These days, many people are quick to only write complaints and a good deed is hardly celebrated or mentioned. I hope this review will underscore the humanity and absolute great kindness shown by Austin to a would have been stranded family of 3. Thank you Austin, we appreciate the help that you did for us. Your company leadership ought to know this.

I blew a tire on hwy 121. I was able to get to a parking lot and it happened to be Firestone. Unfortunately it was after hours and they were closed, so I was waiting in my car for a friend, when a nice gentleman pulled up and gingerly approached asking if he could help me change my tire. He explained that he was an employee at Firestone and had just left work when he saw me pull into the parking lot. After I explained that I'd be very grateful for the help, but I have no spare because my tires are run-flat, he kindly offered me a bottle of water to have while I waited on my ride. Shout out to Orion at Firestone in Coppell for restoring my faith in humanity!

Out of service restroom No water,coffee machine all the dirty. That is all fine. I waiting for the store almost 1 hours 35 minutes for service .my car still outside! Why? Because the store guy takes a car before me. (The car person is after 1 hours behind me and I ask car person we do same service also he doesn’t have appointments) After I ask employee they said we do the difference service . I don’t want to argue. 😂also in the garage have at least 3or 4 rooms is empty. What should I do? Hope they can take care all of the people

I asked Firestone to check my suspension for safety. They told me the car was safe after a tire change and said suspension wasn’t their responsibility. Another shop later refused to release the vehicle due to a bent control arm and unsafe suspension. Firestone could not provide any proof that the suspension was checked and dismissed my concerns. This could have resulted in a serious accident. Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience, plus unprofessional behavior from the front counter staff

I recently visited Firestone Complete Auto Care near my neighborhood and had a disappointing experience. The receptionist, Molly, spoke with an attitude that felt rude and dismissive, almost like she wasn’t talking to a customer. The interaction felt forced and unprofessional. They performed an inspection and gave me several repair recommendations. Some might be valid, but about half of them were clearly inaccurate, including an obvious one: they claimed my battery was at the end of its lifespan. Because that sounded suspicious, I took my car to AutoZone for a second opinion. AutoZone tested it and confirmed the battery is in very good condition. After that, I find it hard to trust what Firestone says regarding mechanical issues. ==================== UPDATE Hello Bryan, Thank you for the response. I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars to be fair, as I also had some misunderstanding on my end. That said, I still have concerns about the inaccurate battery diagnosis on my Honda Odyssey and the customer service attitude I experienced at the front desk. Made an appointment for a simple nail in my tire (I bought there). I show up right on time and told I had to wait 2 hours. What good is an appointment if we have to wait 2 hours anyways? Suggest you eliminate or honor the appointment system. All your doing is alienating customers with this silly “system”

This location is fantastic. I found the quote and booking process online to be easy and smooth. When I arrived, Austin was very nice and personable. He offered additional services based on the mechanics’ recommendations, thoroughly explained their reasoning for each recommendation, provided the estimated cost of each service, and let me know how soon they recommended each repair. At no point did I feel like they were trying to pressure me into an upsell. As a young woman who has been preyed on by mechanics in the past, this is very important to me. They were very transparent on their pricing for the services I received, and did not differentiate from the quote I was given from the start. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. I am moving soon, but Austin made sure I am setup in their system with my new address to visit another location in the future.

The team here is top notch. Got a lifetime alignment for my car and have brought it to this location 3 times so far over the years. This last time it had some weird pull to the left after so they asssed it and fixed the issue with a little work even though it wasnt alignment related, was strut adjustment related. Great people and great service. Ask for Jason, very friendly and knowledgeable. They even got me in and out in under an hour as a walk in, on a Saturday no less.
