Fast service , good price and great customer service, Esther was very nice and polite and called after my car was fixed to check if everything was fine, I would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately I had to remove a star because a couple of months later I tried to get a service for my car and the guy that answered the phone was kind of rude and impolite it sounded like he was mad. Well, he lost a client.

Great repair shop!! Shawn and Esther are very kind and friendly. They don't try to upsell you; the work is done promptly. I suggest you schedule the service, if possible. I called on Wednesday, and scheduled to drop off my mother-in-law's car Friday at 8:00. They were very busy, but the car was ready at 2:00. Oil and filter change, safety inspection, etc. Very happy!

Sean was very professional and honest. I enjoyed doing business with him. I will be bringing all of my vehicles to him from now on. I came in with no appointment, and was able to get my rear brakes and one rotor replaced. Sean was honest and saved me money by letting me know my other rotor will be fine and only needed to replace one. He also checked my front brakes and mentioned that I still have 10,000 miles left on them. Service was fast and staff was friendly and looked happy to work there! Keep up the great work guys! Because my mechanic passed away last year, I had to find a new one and believe me when I tell ya, I have serious trust issues with mechanics and oil change places. It's like they see $ signs when a woman walks in and just start making shit up! So, I went on my local community page and asked for suggestions. Bee Z came up with the most positive remarks so that is where I went, and boy was I glad I went there! Not only was my repair work less than what I was quoted, but they were thorough and I could tell they really take pride in their work. I sent my son there with his car the next week and they did a great job with that. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for car repairs!

I took my car here for an oil change and an inspection and I’m so glad I did! First off, they are one of the few places open on a Saturday. I called to make an appt but got the voicemail so I hung up without leaving a message. Esther ended up calling me back from the missed call and I scheduled the appt. During the appt I received excellent customer service! They even fixed my door that was damaged during an accident and made a loud noise when opened! Their pricing is upfront and very reasonable. Customer service is awesome. Very knowledgeable mechanics. The girl mechanic knows her stuff!. As a female I feel very comfortable coming here and not worry if I’m being taken advantage of. My sister came to them for a 2nd opinion cause the Mercedes dealership told her she needed brakes and rotors as soon as possible. Came here she didn’t even need them!.they figured out a hard issue with my car and nailed it. Didn’t charge an arm and a leg to fix!.

I’m so glad I found Bee Z Auto Care, which is a true mom and pop car shop. They are so responsive, reliable, and conservatively priced. It’s not a surprise they’re busy.
