I am so happy with the service I was provided from this team. I brought them a car that had a multitude of problems because I bought it from a guy on offer up who thought he was a mechanic and ruined the car. They took care of everything and all for a VERY reasonable price. As soon as you walk into their lobby you are put at ease because you can see they are AAA certified, have awards for their service, and best of all you see a picture of their employees showing what a close knit group they are. They are a family owned business and they definitely treat you as if you are being welcomed into their family because they truly take care of you! This team is dedicated to providing top notch service to their customers to ensure peace of mind. Angie has wonderful customer service and is very professional. I was so grateful to have someone who was willing to explain everything they worked on so I didn’t just sign a piece of paper without knowing exactly what I was signing for. Not only did this shop keep my car for 2 days before they even started working on it, they double charged me for the master cylinder part and did not give me any triple A discount. After 2 months, another auto repair shop said my front brakes were shot and that the work was not done that save on care charged me for. Forget this shop they're getting reported to AAA.

Excellent service, good communication, helpful employees and a true desire to help their customers. I was having trouble with my 4Runner passing smog, and they went above and beyond to work on and figure out why. They went so far as to spend their days off working on my vehicle to ensure they could get it back as soon as possible when it was giving them problems. Not to mention everyone upfront did a great job communicating everything that was happening with our vehicle, and did everything they could to keep the cost to us as low as possible. My vehicle was probably a pain to work on, but they put their time and effort and money into getting it back to me. I cannot recommend this mechanic enough and can guarantee no matter what is going on with your vehicle they’ll spend the time to figure it out and fix it. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on and I recommend you do too!

I’ve been to a few different shops, but this one stood out on my first visit and I will be happily returning for whatever car needs I have. They are very honest about your options and work that needs to be done and give you options of how to go about your specific situation. You hear about these things, but never think it would happen to you—I love leaving nice reviews and I give people the benefit of the doubt but not with Desiree and Save on Auto Care. I was having issues with my car so I brought it in for a diagnostics. I found this place online, and it was my first time. It looked friendly and the reviews were nice. There was a black gentleman who came in right before me, the lady at the front counter, Desiree, told him it would 169 for a diagnostics. When she got to me, I explained that my car was acting odd and she said “just like him, it’s gonna be 169.” I said okay, and sat down to wait. Another gentleman(appeared Caucasian) came in about 5 minutes later to drop his car off, and said “I spoke to someone on the phone and they said my diagnostics was gonna be 84.” Shocked at the amount, I waited for them to finish their transaction before asking her about it. He said there was something wrong with his starter or charging system, and she told him “Well we’re gonna do a full diagnostics because we don’t know if it’s actually the charger or something else.” After they finished talking, I told her “you said his diagnostics was 84 but you told me and the black gentleman before me that it was 169.” She responded “well his is a ‘charging’ diagnostics” and I reminded her “you just told him you don’t know if it’s actually the charger”, so you’re doing a full diagnostics. She had no rebuttal and couldn’t lie because the gentleman she told it to was still standing there. I asked for my keys back and left. She is a representation of the business and THIS is how they treat black customers. You have no Corporate office to hold you accountable, so who knows how long you’ve been overcharging non-white customers. Extremely disappointing — no one deserves to be treated like this.
